PRODUKSI LAKTOSA DAN KASEIN SUSU KAMBING SAPERA YANG DISUPLEMENTASI BAWANG PUTIH (Allium sativum) DAN MINERAL ORGANIK DALAM PAKAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik (Selenium, Kromium dan Zink-lysinate) terhadap produksi laktosa dan kasein susu kambing Sapera. Penelitian ini menggunakan 16 kambing Sapera dara betina dengan rataan bobot awal 40±2 kg yang disusun berdasarkan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga terdapat 16 unit percobaan. Perlakuan terdiri atas R0 sebagai pakan basal (70% hijauan + 30% konsentrat), R1 (pakan basal + rumensin 30 mg/kg BK ), R2 (pakan basal + 250 ppm bawang putih, R3 (R2 + Mineral Organik (0,3 ppm Se+1,5 ppm Cr+40 ppm Zn-lysinate). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan mulai dari tanggal 20 Febuari 2022 sampai 20 Juni 2022, bertempat di CV. Abadi, Desa Bandasari, Kecamatan Dukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah dan Di Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Perah, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Variabel yang diukur adalah Laktosa dan Casein susu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Rataan Lactosa susu yaitu R0 = 34.20 ± 1.12 ; R1 = 33.31 ± 0.89 ; R2 = 37.49 ± 1.08 dan R3 = 46.76 ± 4.55 (g/ekor/hari) dan rataan Casein susu yaitu R0 = 28.84 ± 0.96 ; R1 = 28.10 ± 0.75 ; R2 = 31.64 ± 0.93 dan R3 = 37.82 ± 4.02 (g/ekor/hari). Hasil analisis variansi diperoleh bahwa suplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik (Selenium, Kromium dan Zink-lysinate) terhadap produksi lactosa dan Casein susu kambing Sapera berpengaruh sangat nyata (P>0,01) terhadap produksi casein susu dan produksi lactose susu kambing sapera. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian sumplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organic (Cr, Se, dan Zn-Lysinate) dalam pakan dapat meningkatkan produksi laktosa dan kasein susu (protein) kambing sapera.

This study aimed to determine the effect of supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals (Selenium, Chromium and Zink-lysinate) on the production of lactose and casein of Sapera goat milk. This study used 16 virgin female Sapera goats with average initial weight of 40±2 kg which were arranged according to a Completely Randomized Design pattern with 4 treatments and 4 repetitions so that there were 16 experimental units. The treatments were consisted of R0 as basal feed (70% forage + 30% concentrate), R1 (basal feed + rumensin 30 mg/kg BK ), R2 (basal feed + 250 ppm garlic, R3 (R2 + Organic Minerals (0.3 ppm Se). +1.5 ppm Cr+40 ppm Zn-lysinate).This research was conducted for four months starting from February 20, 2022 to June 20, 2022, at CV Abadi, Bandasari Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency, Central Java and at the Production Laboratory Dairy Cattle, Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Sudirman University, Purwokerto The variables measured were lactose and milk casein. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The average Lactose of milk are R0 = 34.20 ± 1.12 ; R1 = 33.31 ± 0.89 ; R2 = 37.49 ± 1.08 and R3 = 46.76 ± 4.55 (g/head/day) and the average Casein of milk are R0 = 28.84 ± 0.96 ; R1 = 28.10 ± 0.75 ; R2 = 31.64 ± 0.93 and R3 = 37.82 ± 4.26 (g/head/day). The results of the analysis of variance showed that supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals (Selenium, Chromium and Zink-lysinate) on the production of lactose and casein of Sapera goat milk had a very significant effect (P>0.01) on the production of milk casein and milk lactose production. sapera goat. The conclusion of this research is that the supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals (Cr, Se, and Zn-Lysinate) in feed can increase the production of lactose and milk casein (protein) of Sapera goats.
