Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada Perusahaan JII70 dan PEFINDO. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Profitabilitas (Studi pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar dalam JII70 serta PEFINDO Tahun 2018-2021)”.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang Terdaftar pada JII70 dan serta PEFINDO pada periode tahun 2018-2021. Purposive sampling method digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini. Setelah Purposive sampling terdapat 10 perusahaan dari total 70 Perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks JII70, yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi data panel (dibantu alat analisis sofware Eviews for Windows) menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Struktur modal (debt to equity ratio) berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas (2) Likuiditas (current ratio) berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas (3) Pertumbuhan penjualan (sales growth) tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (4) Umur perusahaan (age) tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (5) Effective tax rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (6) Credit rating tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.
Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu bahan evaluasi untuk mengabil mengambil keputusan baik untuk pihak internal perusahaan (manajemen perusahaan) maupun pihak ekstenal (investor) dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi profitabilitas yaitu variabel struktur modal (debt to equity ratio) dan likuiditas (liquidity ratio).

This research is a quantitative research conducted on JII70 and PEFINDO Companies. This study takes the title: “Analyze Factors Impacted Profitability (Study on JII70 and PEFINDO Listed Companies for the 2018-2021 Period)”.
The population in this study are JII70 and PEFINDO Listed Companies for the 2018-2021 Period. Purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample to be used in this study. After purposive sampling, there were 10 companies out of a total of 70 JII70 index listed companies, which met the criteria to be sampled. ased on the results of research and data analysis using panel data regression (assisted by the Eviews for Windows software analysis tool) shows that: (1) Capital structure (debt to equity ratio) has a negative effect on profitability (2) Liquidity (current ratio) has a negative effect on profitability (3) Sales growth has no effect on profitability (4) Company age has no effect on profitability (5) Effective tax rate has no effect (6) Credit rating has no effect.
The implication of the conclusion above is that it becomes evaluation material to make decisions for both the company's internal parties (company management) and external parties (investors) by taking care into the factors that affect profitability, spesifically the capital structure variable (debt to equity ratio) and liquiduty ratio.
