FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PERILAKU PENCEGAHAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN TEMANGGUNG KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

Latar Belakang : Pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020 mewajibkan hampir seluruh kegiatan dilakukan dari dalam rumah (Work From Home). Hal ini tentu berdampak terhadap perilaku pencegahan DBD masyarakat, diharapkan masyarakat lebih peduli terhadap keberadaan jentik di lingkungan rumah. Indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai perilaku pencegahan DBD suatu daerah adalah angka bebas jentik. Angka bebas jentik di Kecamatan Temanggung pada tahun 2020 cendurung rendah mencapai angka 70%. Diduga rendahnya angka ABJ tahun 2020 di Kecamatan Temanggung dikarenakan masih banyak tempat perindukan jentik nyamuk Aedes aegypti di rumah masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan DBD pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Temanggung Kabupaten Temanggung.
Metode : Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Temanggung pada bulan April hingga Mei 2022. Responden masyarakat Kecamatan Temanggung sejumlah 186 diambil berdasarkan rumus proportional random sampling. Data primer dalam penelitian ini meliputi kuesioner mengenai variabel bebas yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, sikap, peran tenaga kesehatan, ketersediaan informasi kesehatan, peran tokoh masyarakat dan keberadaan jentik nyamuk, dan variabel terikat
yaitu perilaku pencegahan DBD pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Data sekunder berupa data
angka bebas jentik Kecamatan Temanggung tahun 2020. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat.
Hasil Penelitian : Responden berpengetahuan kurang baik, sikap baik, tenaga kesehatan
berperan baik, ketersediaan informasi kesehatan kurang berperan baik, tokoh masyarakat
berperan baik, ditemukan jentik dalam 118 rumah, perilaku baik. Pengetahuan, peran
tenaga kesehatan, ketersediaan informasi kesehatan, peran tokoh masyarakat dan keberadaan jentik nyamuk berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan DBD pada masa
pandemi Covid-19. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pencegahan
DBD pada masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah pengetahuan (p-value = 0,037) dan peran tokoh masyarakat (p-value = 0,010).
Kesimpulan : Perilaku pencegahan DBD pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan
Temanggung Kabupaten Temanggung dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan peran tokoh
masyarakat.

FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE BEHAVIOR OF THE PREVENTION OF DENGUE 
FEVER DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN TEMANGGUNG DISTRICT, TEMANGGUNG REGENCY

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 requires almost all
activities carried out from within the home (Work From Home). This of course has an impact on the community's DHF prevention behavior, it is hoped that the community will be more concerned the presence of larvae in the home environment. Indicators that can be used for assessing the prevention behavior of DHF in an area is the larva free number. Free numbers larvae in Temanggung District in 2020 tend to reach low numbers 70%. It is suspected that the low number of ABJ in 2020 in Temanggung District is due to: There are still many breeding places for Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in people's homes. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence on the behavior of preventing DHF during the Covid-19 pandemic in the District Temanggung, Temanggung Regency.
Methods: The study used a cross sectional approach. Research conducted in Temanggung District from April to May 2022.
