Pendapatan adalah hasil dari kegiatan penjualan barang atau jasa di sebuah perusahaan dalam periode tertentu. Ada banyak hal yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal, tenaga kerja dan penjualan online terhadap pendapatan UMKM Binaan Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dana Menengah di Kabupaten Banyumas. 
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu bentuk penelitian dengan menggunakan minimal dua variabel yang dihubungkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM dibawah binaan Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Banyumas. Ukuran sampel minimal ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus dari Slovin. 
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Modal usaha/bulan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pada UMKM Binaan Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Banyumas; (2) Jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pada UMKM Binaan Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Banyumas; dan (3) Penjualan online berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pada UMKM Binaan Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Banyumas.

Revenue is the result of the sale of goods or services in a company within a certain period. There are many things that can affect business income. This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor and online sales on the income of MSMEs assisted by the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Banyumas Regency.
This type of research is associative research, which is a form of research using at least two connected variables. The analysis technique used to determine the effect of each variable is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The type of data used is primary data. The population of this research is MSMEs under the guidance of the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Banyumas Regency. The minimum sample size was determined using the formula from Slovin.
The results of the study show that: (1) Business capital/month has a significant positive effect on income at MSMEs assisted by the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Banyumas Regency; (2) The number of workers has a significant positive effect on the income of MSMEs assisted by the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Banyumas Regency; and (3) online sales have a significant positive effect on income for MSMEs assisted by the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Banyumas Regency.
