Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kinerja Pelakasanaan Program Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat Desa Bokol.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin kesimpulan. Pertama, aspek produktivitas, pengurus program PAMSIMAS di Desa Bokol Kecamatan Kemangkon mampu memberi kepastian waktu dan kecermatan melayani masyarakat sekaligus dalam hal pelayanan sesuai dengan prosedur. Ini terlihat dari perkembangan program yang berjalan baik dengan meningkatnya jumlah masyarakat yang terlayani termasuk masyarakat yang berpendapat rendah di Desa Bokol yang dapat mengakses pelayanan air minum dan sanitasi yang berkelenjutan dan juga penerapan nilai dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang semakin baik. Aspek akuntabilitas, pengurus dalam program PAMSIMAS Desa Bokol mampu memberi pelayanan adil kepada masyarakat dengan mendahulukan kepentingan warga seperti kejelasan informasi biaya, waktu dan prosedur pelayanan. Ini terlihat dari pengambilan keputusan dan wewenang yang diberikan pada pengurus dijalankan dengan orang-orang yang sesuai. pengambilan keputusan dikordinasikan kepada stakeholders khususnya warga Desa Bokol sebagai penerima manfaat, yang mana pengurus bekerja mampu bersikap adil dan bekerja sesuai dengan peraturan dan ketentuan yang ada dan keputusan yang diambil tentu untuk kepentingan bersama

This study aims to describe the performance of the Bokol Village Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program Implementation. Based on the results of the study showed several points of conclusion. First, the productivity aspect, the PAMSIMAS program management in Bokol Village, Kemangkon District, is able to provide certainty of time and accuracy in serving the community as well as in terms of service according to procedures. This can be seen from the development of the program that is going well with the increasing number of people served, including people with low incomes in Bokol Village who can access sustainable drinking water and sanitation services as well as the application of values and behaviors for a clean and healthy life that is getting better. Aspects of accountability, the management in the PAMSIMAS program in Bokol Village is able to provide fair services to the community by prioritizing the interests of residents such as clarity of information on costs, time and service procedures. This can be seen from the decision making and the authority given to the management is carried out with the appropriate people. Decision making is coordinated with stakeholders, especially Bokol Village residents as beneficiaries, where the management is able to work fairly and work in accordance with existing rules and regulations and decisions taken are of course for the common good.
