Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan pedagang gorengan terhadap tepung terigu curah di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu permintaan tepung terigu curah sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan, harga tepung terigu curah, harga minyak goreng, dan harga tepung terigu kemasan.
Survey dilakukan kepada pedagang gorengan di Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara dengan wawancara berdasarkan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 penjual gorengan. Angka tersebut diperoleh melalui pra-survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, karena populasinya kurang dari 100 responden maka penulis menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan pedagang gorengan terhadap tepung terigu curah. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa harga tepung terigu curah, harga minyak goreng, dan harga tepung terigu kemasan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap permintaan tepung terigu curah oleh pedagang gorengan. Pendapatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap permintaan tepung terigu curah oleh pedagang gorengan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan apabila pendapatan mengalami peningkatan maka daya beli pedagang gorengan akan tepung terigu curah meningkat

This study is included in the category of quantitative research which aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand of fried food traders for bulk wheat flour in Purwokerto Utara District. The dependent variables in this study are the demand for bulk wheat flour while the independent variables in this study are revenue, the price of bulk wheat flour, the price of cooking oil, and the price of packaged wheat flour.
This study was conducted on fried food traders in North Purwokerto District using questionnaires-based interviews. The population in this study was 33 gorengan sellers. This figure was obtained through a pre-survey conducted by the researcher, because the population is less than 100 respondents, the author uses the census method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis to analyze factors that affect the demand of gorengan sellers for bulk wheat flour.
Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained that the prices of bulk wheat flour, the price of cooking oil, and the price of packaged wheat flour have a negative significant effect on the demand for bulk wheat flour by gorengan sellers. Revenue has a significant positive effect on the demand for bulk wheat flour by gorengan sellers. this is because if revenue increases, the purchasing power of gorengan sellers for bulk wheat flour increases.
