FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEJADIAN DERMATITIS KONTAK PADA PETANI PADI DI DESA TRIMULYO KECAMATAN WADASLINTANG KABUPATEN WONOSOBO Hardiyanto Setiawan¹, Suryanto², Nur Ulfah³ ¹Mahasiswa Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat,²˒³Dosen Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat hardyan1607@gmail.com¹, Suryanto@unsoed.ac.id², ulfahkesmas@gmail.com³ ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Dermatitis kontak merupakan peradangan pada kulit, sebagai respon terhadap faktor eksogen maupun endogen yang menimbulkan kelainan klinis pada kulit berupa edema, eritema maupun keluhan gatal. Petani padi berisiko mengalami dermatitis kontak karena pekerjaannya bersinggungan langsung dengan bahan kimia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian dermatitis kontak pada petani padi di Desa Trimulyo Kecamatan Wadaslintang Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 661 petani padi di Desa Trimulyo, jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan kuisioner dan observasi lapangan. Data analisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitian: Variabel yang berpengaruh adalah masa kerja (p-value=0,049), jumlah pestisida (p-value=0,004), dan personal hygiene (p-value=0,018). Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah umur (p-value=0,466), jenis kelamin (p-value=0,675), lama kontak (p-value=0,296) dan penggunaan APD (p-value=0,826) Simpulan: Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah masa kerja Saran: Sebaiknya petani dengan masa kerja ≥6 tahun untuk lebih rutin melakukan cek kesehatan secara berkala khususnya mengenai kesehatan kulit dan segera melakukan pengobatan apabila dirasa mengalami gejala dermatitis kontak. FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE EVENT OF CONTACT DERMATITIS IN RICE FARMERS IN TRIMULYO VILLAGE, WADASLINTANG DISTRICT, WONOSOBO REGENCY Hardiyanto Setiawan¹, Suryanto², Nur Ulfah³ ¹Student of Public Health Department,²˒³Lecturer of Public Health hardyan1607@gmail.com , Suryanto@unsoed.ac.id ² , ulfahkesmas@gmail.com ABSTRACT Background: Contact dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin, as a response to exogenous and endogenous factors that cause clinical abnormalities in the skin in the form of edema, erythema and itching complaints. Rice farmers are at risk for contact dermatitis because their work is in direct contact with chemicals. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the incidence of contact dermatitis in rice farmers in Trimulyo Village, Wadaslintang District, Wonosobo Regency. Method:This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 661 rice farmers in Trimulyo Village, the number of samples was 87 using the Slovin formula with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by interviewing with questionnaires and field observations. Data analysis using logistic regression test. Research result:The variables that have an effect are years of service (p-value = 0.049), the amount of pesticides (p-value = 0.004), and personal hygiene (p-value = 0.018). Variables that had no effect were age (p-value=0.466), gender (p-value=0.675), length of contact (p-value=0.296) and use of PPE (p-value=0.826). Conclusion: The most influential variable is length of service Suggestion:It is recommended that farmers with a working period of 6 years carry out regular health checks, especially regarding skin health and immediately take treatment if they feel they are experiencing symptoms of contact dermatitis.
