ABSTRAK
ANALISIS DESKRIPSI MOTIVASI REMAJA UNTUK MENDAPATKAN VAKSIN COVID-19 BERDASARKAN TEORI  KEBUTUHAN DASAR MASLOW

Latar Belakang: Program vaksinasi Covid-19 merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menangani pandemi Covid-19. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya mendapatkan respon beragam dari masyarakat maupun remaja. Dalam program vaksinasi dikalangan remaja Klaten terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.  Terjadi peningkatan yang semula sebesar 7,85% pada September 2021 menjadi 95,43% pada Maret 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan motivasi remaja mendapatkan vaksin Covid-19 berdasarkan teori kebutuhan dasar Maslow.

Metodologi:	Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei dengan melibatkan 174 siswa SMP N 2 Polanharjo. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengumpulan data yang didesain berdasarkan teori kebutuhan dasar Maslow. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan metode analisis deskriptif.

Hasil Penelitian: Mayoritas responden dalam penelitian ini memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk mendapatkan vaksin Covid-19. Sebanyak 88,5% responden memiliki motivasi tinggi dan  11,5% responden memiliki motivasi sedang untuk mendapatkan vaksin Covid-19.

Kesimpulan:	Berdasarkan teori kebutuhan dasar Maslow, kebutuhan yang memotivasi remaja untuk mendapatkan vaksin Covid-19 berdasarkan dari yang paling besar adalah kebutuhan penghargaan, kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, kebutuhan kemanan dan kenyamanan, kebutuhan fisiologis, serta kebutuhan sosial dan kasih sayang.

ABSTRACT
MOTIVATION ANALYSIS OF ADOLESCENT MOTIVATION TO GET THE COVID-19 VACCINE BASED ON MASLOW’S THEORY OF BASIC NEEDS

Background: The Covid-19 vaccination program is one of the government’s efforts to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. However, in its implementation, it received various responses from the community and youth. There has been a significant increase in the vaccination program among youth in Klaten. There was an increase from 7,85% in September 2021 to 95,43% in March 2022. This study aims to describe the motivation of adolescents to get the Covid-19 vaccine based on Maslow’s theory of basic needs.

Method: This study uses a descriptive research design with survey method involving 174 students of SMP N 2 Polanharjo. The data collection sheet which was designed based on Maslow’s theory of basic needs. Data analysis used univariate analysis with descriptive analysis method.

Results: The majority of respondents in this study had high motivation to get the Covid-19 vaccine. As many as 88,5% of respondents have high motivation and 11,5% of respondents have moderate motivation to get the Covid-19 vaccine.

Conclusion: Based on Maslow’s theory of basic needs, the needs that motivate adolescents to get the Covid-19 vaccine are based on greatest need for esteem, self- actualization needs, safety and comfort needs, physiological needs, and social and affection needs.
