Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

PT. Sutanto Arifchandra Elektronik (SAE) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kabel. Kompetisi ini, menuntut PT. Sutanto Arifchandra Elektronik (SAE) untuk selalu meningkatkan kinerja dan kinerja perusahaan. Pendekatan Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) dengan normalisasi dan pembobotan Snorm de Boer menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menilai kinerja PT XYZ. Pada assessment yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan 26 KPI dari 6 dimensi (plan, source, make, deliver, return, dan enable). Nilai kinerja sebesar 88,09 menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan PT. Sutanto Arifchandra Elektronik (SAE) termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Sedangkan Nilai kinerja perusahaan menggunakan metode General Choquet Integral (GCI) sebesar 0,4175 menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan PT. Sutanto Arifchandra Elektronik (SAE) termasuk dalam kategori Average But PT. Sutanto Arifchandra Elektronik (SAE) masih perlu melakukan peningkatan performa. Usulan peningkatan kinerja berdasarkan Traffic Light System pada nilai Snorm de Boer, menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan kinerja perusahaan pada 4 kpi % Supplier with an EMS or ISO 14001 sertifikasi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0.16 , % of Recyclable/Reusable Material mendapatkan nilai sebesar 50, Make cycle time mendapatkan nilai sebesar 50, % Karyawan dilatih tentang persyaratan lingkungan mendapatkan nilai 0.
