PENERAPAN METODE TOPSIS DALAM SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMENANG PADA SOEDIRMAN CREATIVITY COMPETITION

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) metode TOPSIS merupakan salah satu dari sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu memecahkan masalah secara efisien, efektif dan mudah dimengerti. Pada penelitian ini, metode TOPSIS diaplikasikan untuk SPK penentuan pemenang di ajang kompetisi Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena konsep yang sederhana, mudah dipahami, komputasinya efisien dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja relatif dari setiap alternatif keputusan dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana. Atribut yang digunakan berupa Pemaparan, Kreativitas, dan Diskusi. Pengujian metode TOPSIS dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil peringkat ajang kompetisi PKM dari perhitungan secara manual (data riil) dan perhitungan yang menggunakan metode TOPSIS pada program VBA Excel. Diperoleh perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS memiliki persentase kesamaan 90% hingga 100% dengan perhitungan yang dilakukan secara manual (data riil). Dengan demikian, metode TOPSIS dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam SPK Pemenang di Ajang Kompetisi PKM.

Decision Support System (DSS) TOPSIS method is one of the decision support systems that are able to solve problems efficiently, effectively and easily understood. In this research, the TOPSIS method was applied to the DSS to determine the winner of the Student Creativity Program (SCP) competition. The TOPSIS method was chosen because the concept is simple, easy to understand, computationally efficient and has the ability to measure the relative performance of each decision alternative in a simple mathematical form. The attributes used are Exposure, Creativity, and Discussion. The TOPSIS method was tested by comparing the ranking results of the SCP competition from manual calculations (real data) and calculations using the TOPSIS method in the VBA Excel program. It was found that calculations performed using the TOPSIS method had a similarity percentage of 90% to 100% with calculations performed manually (real data). Therefore, the TOPSIS method can be used as an alternative in the Winner's DSS at the SCP competition.
