Produktivitas yang rendah, kurangnya pengelolaan limbah proyek, serta pemakaian sumber daya alam yang berlebihan menjadi isu konstruksi masa kini. Dari isu-isu tersebut, maka harus memilah dan memilih material yang digunakan dalam proyek, seperti pelat lantai beton konvensional dan pelat lantai bondek. Kedua jenis pelat lantai ini memiliki kelebihan, kekurangan, serta metode pelaksanaan yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mencari selisih waktu dan biaya dari kedua jenis pelat lantai. Objek penelitiannya adalah sample area pelat lantai satu pada pembangunan gedung UPBJJ-UT Surabaya. Menggunakan data pelat lantai beton konvensional, spesifikasi bondek, dan wiremesh yang ada dilapangan kemudian mencari tujuan dari penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian, didapat selisih total biaya pada kedua jenis pelat lantai sebesar Rp 9.263.792,19 dengan presentase 18,883% lebih mahal pelat lantai beton konvensional. Selisih total durasi pekerjaan pada kedua jenis pelat lantai dengan asumsi pekerja 5 orang sebesar 12 hari dengan presentase 75% lebih lama pelat lantai beton konvensional.

Low productivity, lack of project waste management, and excessive use of natural resources are the current construction issues. From these issues, it is necessary to sort and choose the materials used in the project, such as conventional concrete floor slabs and bondek floor slabs. Both types of floor slabs have different advantages, disadvantages, and implementation methods. The purpose of this study was to find the time and cost difference between the two types of floor slabs. The object of this research is the sample area of the first floor plate in the construction of the UPBJJ-UT Surabaya building. Using data from conventional concrete floor slabs, bondek specifications, and wiremesh in the field, then looking for the purpose of this research. From the results of the research, the difference in total costs for the two types of floor slabs is Rp. 9,263.792.19 with a percentage of 18.883% which is more expensive than conventional concrete slabs. The difference in the total duration of work on both types of floor slabs assuming 5 workers is 12 days with a percentage of 75% longer than conventional concrete floor slabs.
