Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Job Insecurity, Job Stress, Work-Family Conflict dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Teller dan Customer Service di Bank BPD DIY Cabang Senopati”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi pengaruh job insecurity, job stress, work-family conflict dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada teller dan customer service di Bank BPD DIY Cabang Senopati. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 53 karyawan teller dan customer service Bank BPD DIY Senopati. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis t menggunakan alat analisis SPSS Statistic 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job stress bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, work-family conflict berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Variabel job satisfaction merupakan variable yang memilki pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi turnover intention. Implikasinya dari kesimpulan diatas yaitu dalam menurunkan turnover pada customer service dan teller di Bank BPD DIY Cabang Senopati, sebaiknya memperhatikan job satisfaction karyawannya karena karyawan yang merasa tidak puas akan menurunkan tingkat loyalitas, meningkatkan turnover intention. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memberikan ganjaran yang sepadan bagi karyawan.

The tittle of this study is "The Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Stress, Work-Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at Tellers and Customer Service at Bank BPD DIY Senopati Branch". This study aimed to identify the effect of job insecurity, job stress, work-family conflict, and job satisfaction on turnover intention of tellers and customer service at the Bank BPD DIY Senopati. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Using a quantitative approach, this research data was collected from 53 teller and customer service employees of BPD DIY Senopati. The data analysis used was classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test using SPSS Statistic 24 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction variable is a variable that has the most dominant influence in influencing turnover intention. The implication of the conclusion above is that in reducing turnover in customer service and tellers at Bank BPD DIY Senopati, it is better to pay attention to the level of employee satisfaction because dissatisfied employees will reduce the level of loyalty and increase turnover intention. The effort that can be done is to provide commensurate rewards for employees.
