Pengaruh Peran Bursa Kerja Khusus, Praktik Kerja Industri, dan Internal Locus Of Control Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Mandiraja

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh peran Bursa Kerja Khusus, praktik kerja industri, dan internal locus of control terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Mandiraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Mandiraja tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 sejumlah 341 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 78 sampel yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji Metode Suksesiv Interval (MSI), uji kualitas data, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) peran Bursa Kerja Khusus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, (2) praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, (3) internal locus of control berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja.

This research is of analyzing the effect of the role of the Special Job Exchange, industrial work practices, and internal locus of control on the job readiness of grade XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Mandiraja. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study is grade XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Mandiraja for the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 341 students with a total sample of 78 samples taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are in the form of Successive Interval Method (MSI) tests, data quality tests, analysis prerequisite tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show: (1) the role of the Special Job Exchange has a positive and significant effect on job readiness, (2) industrial work practices have a positive and significant effect on job readiness, (3) internal locus of control has a positive and significant effect on job readiness.
