Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self effiacy dan adversity quotient terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Sampel penelitian yang diperoleh sebanyak 108 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan analisis data berupa Analisis Regresi variabel mediasi dengan metode Kausal Step pada aplikasi SPSS 16.0 for Windows.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1). Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi; 2). Adversity quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi; 3). Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi; 4). Adversity quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi; 5). Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi; 6) Motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi; 7). Motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi.

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and adversity quotient on student learning outcomes of Economics Education through learning motivation as a mediating variable. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The research sample obtained was 108 respondents. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire with data analysis in the form of Regression Analysis of Mediating variables with the Causal Step method in the SPSS 16.0 for Windows application.
The results of this study indicate that: 1). self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes of Economics Education; 2). Adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes of Economics Education; 3). Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation of Economic Education students; 4). Adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation of Economic Education students; 5). Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Economics Education; 6) Learning motivation mediates the effect of self-efficacy on student learning outcomes of Economics Education; 7). Learning motivation mediates the effect of adversity quotient on student learning outcomes of Economics Education.
