Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dalam acara Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) yang berjudul “Dana Bansos pun Dipungli”, tayang pada 8 Desember 2020. Acara Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) dipilih karena banyak memuat tuturan-tuturan yang yang mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Wujud data pada penelitian ini berupa penggalan tuturan oleh panelis yang diduga mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah tayangan Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) yang tayang di kanal YouTube  resmi Indonesia Lawyers Club tanggal 8 Desember 2020. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik lanjutan teknik catat. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode padan. Teknik dasar pada metode padan adalah teknik pilah unsur penentu, dengan teknik lanjutan hubung banding menyamakan (atau teknik HBS). Penelitian ini menggunakan teori tindak tutur menurut Searle (dalam Rahardi, 2003:72), yaitu tindak tutur asertif, tindak tutur direktif, tindak tutur ekspresif, tindak tutur komisif, dan tindak tutur deklarsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini,  Peneliti menemukan 31 data tindak tutur ilokusi, yakni  10 tindak tutur asertif, 7 tindak tutur direktif, tindak tutur 12 ekspresif, tindak tutur 2 komisif, dan 0 tindak tutur  deklaratif.

This study aims to describe the types of illocutionary speech acts on Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) event entitled "Illegal Charges of Social Aid Funds", which aired on December 8, 2020. The Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) program was chosen because the event was widely contains utterances that contain illocutionary speech acts. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The form of data in this study is fragments of speech by panelists suspected of containing illocutionary speech acts, while the data source of this research is the Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) broadcast which airs on the official Indonesia Lawyers Club YouTube channel on December 8, 2020. Data collection in this research uses the referential method with an advanced technique, namely the note-taking technique. The analytical method used in this study is the equivalent method. The basic technique in the matching method is the determining element sorting technique, with an advanced comparison technique and equalizing (or HBS technique). This study uses the theory of speech acts according to Searle (in Rahardi, 2003:72), namely assertive speech acts, directive speech acts, expressive speech acts, commissive speech acts, and declaration speech acts. The results of this study, the researcher found 31 illocutionary speech acts, namely 10 assertive speech acts, 7 directive speech acts, 12 expressive speech acts, 2 commissive speech acts, and 0 declarative speech acts.
