Penelitian ini berjudul “Implementasi Kebijakan Program Jamkesmas di Rumah Sakit Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto". Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi program jamkesmas sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan jamkesmas atau belum. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan jamkesmas sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan jamkesmas adalah prosedur pelayanan, pelayanan kesehatan dan biaya kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program jamkesmas di RSUD Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto dan menganalisis pelaksanaan program jamkesmas di RSUD Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan jamkesmas atau belum.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pelayanan dan biaya kesehatan sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan Jamkesmas
sedangkan pelayanan kesehatan belum berjalanan sesuai dengan pedoman pelaskannan Jamkesmas seperti respon perawat yang lambat pada saat pasien membutuhkan dan kurang bersih kamar mandi di ruang perawatan. Rumah Sakit Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto harus segera mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dengan menindak tegas oknum petugas kesehatan yang melakukan penyimpangan supaya pasien jamkesmas bisa merasakan kepuasan pelayanan dari RSUD Prof Dr
Margono Soekarjo seperti yang sudah di tetapkan oleh Pemerintah.

The study entitled "The Implementation of Jamkesmas Program in Margono Soekarjo Hospital in Purwokerto”. The problem was the implementation of a health care program was run accordance with the guidelines implementation of a health care or not. Indicators used to determine whether the implementation of a health card was going according to the guidelines were Jamkesmas service procedures, health care and health care costs. The purposes of this study were to determine the health care program implementation in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital Purwokerto and analyze the implementation of health care program in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital Purwokerto was according
to implementation guidelines of health card or not.
The result shows that the procedure and the cost of health care were going according to the guidelines for the implementation of health services, while Jamkesmas runs not accordance with the guidelines as a slow response from the nurse when the patient requires and lack of clean bathrooms in the treatment
room. Margono Soekarjo Hospital must immediately address the problems that exist with strict punishment for officials that do deviation, thus patient can feel the
satisfaction of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital Services as has been set by the Government.
