Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari kuesioner. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Lifetime Employment, Seniority-based Wage and Promotion, dan Enterprise Union sebagai SHRM Jepang mempengaruhi Sistem Pengendalian Internal?”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Lifetime Employment, Seniority-based Wage and Promotion, dan Enterprise Union terhadap sistem pengendalian internal pada AEON Retail CO., LTD. Ajisai Food Processing Center. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Strategis, SHRM Jepang, Sistem Pengendalian Internal, Lifetime Employment, Seniority-based Wage and Promotion, Enterprise Union.

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The source of the data used is primary data from the questionnaire. The formulation of the problem in this study is “Does Lifetime Employment, Seniority-based Wage and Promotion, and Enterprise Union as a Japanese SHRM influence Internal Control System?”. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variable Lifetime Employment, Seniority-based Wage and Promotion, and Enterprise Union practices on the influence Internal Control System in AEON Retail CO., LTD.
