Penelitian dengan judul “Konsumsi Dan Konversi Pakan Ayam Sentul Pada Suplementasi Tepung Maggot BSF (Black Soldier Fly) Produk Hidrolisis Menggunakan Ekstrak Kasar Rhizopus Oligosporus” bertujuan mengkaji penggunaan tepung maggot BSF pada pakan ayam Sentul untuk meningkatkan konsumsi dan konversi pakan ayam Sentul. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2021 – 12 Januari 2022, bertempat di Desa Karanggintung Kecamatan Sumbang dan Laboratorium Ilmu Bahan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 7 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, setiap ulangan berisi 3 ekor ayam Sentul. Perlakuan yang berpengaruh diuji lanjut dengan uji Orthogonal Kontras. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu R0 = pakal basal, R1= R0 + 2% tepung maggot BSF nonhidrolisis, R2= R0 + 4% tepung maggot BSF nonhidrolisis, , R3= R0 + 6% tepung maggot BSF nonhidrolisis, R4= R0 + 2% tepung maggot BSF dihidrolisis ekstrak kasar Rhizopus oligosporus, R5= R0 + 4% tepung maggot BSF dihidrolisis ekstrak kasar Rhizopus oligosporus, R6= R0 + 2% maggot BSF dihidrolisis ekstrak kasar Rhizopus oligosporus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa suplementasi tepung maggot BSF berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi pakan ayam Sentul dan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap konversi pakan ayam Sentul. Suplementasi Tepung Maggot Bsf (Black soldier fly) yang dihidrolisis menggunakan ekstrak kasar Rhizopus Oligosporus mampu meningkatkan konsumsi dan menurunkan konversi pakan ayam Sentul.

The research with “Consumption and Conversion of Sentul Chicken Feed in on Suplementation of BSF Maggot Flour Product Hydrolysis Crude Extract Rhizopus oligosporus" aims to review the use of hydrolysed BSF maggot flour in feed to increase consumption and feed conversion of Sentul chickens. The research was conducted on October 13, 2021 – January 12, 2022, located in Karanggintung Village, and Feeds Materials Science Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Sudirman University, Purwokerto. The study was conducted using an experimental method using a complete random design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 3 repeation, each repeat using 3 Sentul chickens. The treatment was further tested with the Orthogonal Contrast test. The treatments given is R0 = basal pack, R1 = R0 + 2% non-hydrolyzed BSF maggot flour, R2 = R0 + 4% non-hydrolyzed BSF maggot flour, R3 = R0 + 6% non-hydrolyzed BSF maggot flour, R4 = R0 + 2% flour BSF maggot was hydrolyzed using Rhizopus oligosporus crude extract, R1 = R0 + 4% BSF maggot flour was hydrolyzed using Rhizopus oligosporus crude extract, R1 = R0 + 2% BSF maggot was hydrolyzed using Rhizopus oligosporus crude extract. The results showed that BSF maggot flour supplementation had a significant (P<0.05) effect on Sentul chicken feed consumption and a very significant (P<0.01) effect on Sentul chicken feed conversion. Supplementation of Maggot Bsf Flour (Black soldier fly) which was hydrolyzed using crude extract of Rhizopus Oligosporus was able to increase consumption and reduce feed conversion of Sentul chickens.
