Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menilai Penegakan Hukum Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Minuman Keras dan Minuman Beralkohol serta mengetahui kendala Penegakan Hukum Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Minuman Keras dan Minuman Beralkohol.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Pemilihan infoman penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penyajian data dalam bentuk uraian – uraian yang tersusun secara sistematis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penegakan Hukum Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Minuman Keras dan Minuman Beralkohol  dilaksanakan oleh Satpol PP Damkar Kabupaten Purworejo dalam bagian PPNS dan Polres Kabupaten Purworejo melaksanakan tugas dan kewenangan penegakan hukum kasus minuman keras dan minuman beralkohol di Kabupaten Purworejo melalui tindakan preventif dalam bentuk sosialisasi sosialisasi serta penyuluhan mengenai bahaya minuman keras dan minuman beralkohol baik melalui spanduk maupun sosialisasi secara langsung di tengah – tengah masyarakat dan sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Minuman Keras dan Minuman Beralkohol terhadap para pemilik warung atau pedagang yang berpotensi menjual minuman keras, masyarakat, serta pelajar  dan tindakan represif dalam bentuk operasi di lapangan atau yustisi. Penegakan hukum Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Minuman Keras dan Minuman Beralkohol dikatakan masih sangat lemah dalam penegakannya. Kendala penegakan hukum tersebut ada 4 faktor yaitu faktor hukumnya sendiri, faktor penegak hukum, faktor anggaran, dan faktor masyarakat.

This research article aims to assess the Law Enforcement of Purworejo Regency Regulation Number 6 of 2006 concerning the Prohibition of Alcoholic Drinks and Drinks and to find out the causes of Law Enforcement of Purworejo Regency's Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2006 concerning the Prohibition of Alcoholic Drinks and Alcoholic Beverages.
The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a normative juridical approach and an empirical juridical approach. The selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The method of presenting data in the form of descriptions that are arranged systematically.
The results show that the Law Enforcement of the Purworejo Regency Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2006 concerning the Prohibition of Alcohol and Alcoholic Drinks is carried out by the Purworejo District Fire Service Satpol PPNS and the Purworejo District Police carry out their duties and enforce the law on liquor and liquor cases in Purworejo Regency through action. prevention in the form of socialization and counseling about the dangers of liquor and alcoholic beverages either through banners or direct socialization amid the community and socialization of Purworejo Regency Regulation Number 6 of 2006 concerning the Prohibition of Liquor and Alcoholic Beverages for stall owners or traders who may sell liquor, community, and students and repressive actions in the form of field operations or judicial proceedings. Law enforcement of the Purworejo Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2006 concerning the Prohibition of Alcoholic Drinks and Alcoholic Drinks is said to be still weak in its enforcement. 4 factors constrain law enforcement, namely the legal factor itself, law enforcement factors, budget factors, and community factors.
