Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum pemenuhan hak atas fungsi reproduksi bagi perawat perempuan dalam kedudukan sebagai pekerja pemberi pelayanan kesehatan dan pengaruh faktor sarana prasarana, kedisiplinan, masa kerja terhadap efektivitas hukum pemenuhan hak atas fungsi reproduksi bagi perawat perempuan dalam kedudukan sebagai pekerja pemberi pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Kabupaten Pemalang dengan responden 25 perawat perempuan. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode angket, dokumenter, dan kepustakaan. Metode pengolahan data secara coding, editing, dan tabulasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, tabel silang isi, dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas hukum pemenuhan hak atas fungsi reproduksi bagi perawat perempuan dalam kedudukan sebagai pekerja pemberi pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Kabupaten Pemalang telah terlaksana secara efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 5 (lima) indikator meliputi tingginya tingkat pemberian hak atas perlindungan jam kerja, tingginya tingkat pemberian hak atas cuti haid, tingginya tingkat pemberian hak atas cuti hamil dan melahirkan, tingginya tingkat pemberian hak menyusui, tingginya tingkat pemberian hak atas pemberian makanan dan minuman bergizi. Faktor sarana prasarana, faktor kedisiplinan serta faktor masa kerja cenderung berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas hukum pemenuhan hak atas fungsi reproduksi bagi perawat perempuan dalam kedudukan sebagai pekerja pemberi pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Kabupaten Pemalang

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the law on the fulfillment of the right to reproductive function for female nurses in a position as a health care provider worker and the influence of infrastructure factors, discipline, working period on the effectiveness of the law on fulfilling the right to reproductive function for female nurses in positions as health service providers at Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Pemalang Hospital. This research uses quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach, and descriptive research specifications. The research location at Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital pemalang regency with 25 female nurses. Sampling through a simple random sampling method. The data used includes primary data and secondary data obtained by questionnaire, documentary, and literature methods. Methods of data processing by coding, editing, and tabulation. Data analysis uses frequency distribution methods of analysis, cross table analysis, cross table of contents, and comparison analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the law on fulfilling the right to reproductive function for female nurses in positions as health care workers at Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital pemalang regency has been carried out effectively. This is evidenced by the results of research on 5 (five) indicators including the high level of entitlement to protection of working hours, the high level of entitlement to menstrual leave, the high level of entitlement to maternity and maternity leave, the high level of breastfeeding rights, the high level of entitlement to the provision of the right to the provision of nutritious food and beverages. Infrastructure factors, disciplinary factors and working period factors tend to have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the law on fulfilling the right to reproductive function for female nurses in a position as a health care provider worker at Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital Pemalang Regency.
