Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Auditor Untuk Mengikuti Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Penelitian ini membahas dan mengukur pengaruh motivasi karir, motivasi ekonomi, biaya sertifikasi dan motivasi kualitas terhadap minat auditor untuk mengukuti setifikasi CFE (certified fraud examiner). Pendekatan teori penellitian ini menggunakan teori motivasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah auditor yang berkerja di KAP wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai pengukur penerimaan dan penolakan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi karir berpengaruh positif terhadap minat auditor untuk mengikuti sertifikasi CFE, Motivasi ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat auditor untuk mengikuti sertifikasi CFE, Biaya sertifikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat auditor mengikuti sertifikasi CFE, Motivasi kualitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat auditor untuk mengikuti sertifikasi CFE

This study discusses and measures the effect of career motivation, economic motivation, certification costs and quality motivation on auditors' interest in taking CFE (certified fraud examiner) certification. The theoretical approach of this research uses the theory of motivation. The object of this research is the auditor who works in the KAP area of Central Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach as a measure of acceptance and rejection of hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that career motivation has a positive effect on auditors' interest in taking CFE certification, Economic motivation has no effect on auditors' interest in participating in CFE certification, Certification costs have a positive effect on auditors' interest in CFE certification, Quality motivation has a positive effect on auditors' interest in taking certification. CFE
