IMPLEMENTASI HUKUM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI NARAPIDANA PEREMPUAN YANG SEDANG MENGANDUNG DI LAPAS KELAS II B CILACAP Oleh: Gonggo Hanityoso Swelo Giri E1A016246 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana perempuan yang sedang mengandung di LAPAS Kelas II B Cilacap dan faktor-faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi implementasi hukum pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana perempuan yang sedang mengandung di LAPAS Kelas II B Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di LAPAS Kelas II B Cilacap. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data primer dengan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder dengan studi pustaka dan studi dokumenter. Metode pengolahan data dengan reduksi data, display data dan kategorisasi data. Penyajian data dalam bentuk matriks kualitatif dan teks naratif. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan content analysis dan comparative analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi hukum pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana yang sedang mengandung di Lapas Kelas II B Cilacap adalah efektif. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan parameter-paremater sebagai berikut: efektifnya pemenuhan hak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan; efektifnya pelayanan poliklinik bagi narapidana hamil; efektifnya rutinitas dokter / perawat dalam memeriksa narapida, efektifnya pemenuhan hak mendapatkan makanan yang layak; dan efektifnya perlakuan khusus bagi narapidana hamil. Adapun faktor-faktor yang cenderung memengaruhi implementasi hukum pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana yang sedang mengandung di Lapas Kelas II B Cilacap yaitu faktor sosial dan faktor personal.

IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH SERVICES LAW FOR WOMEN INCIDENTS WHO ARE CONTAINING IN CLASS II B PRISONS IN CILACAP By: Gonggo Hanityoso Swelo Giri E1A016246 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the law on health services for pregnant women inmates at the Class II B prison in Cilacap and the factors that tend to influence the implementation of the law on health services for pregnant women prisoners in the Class II B prison in Cilacap. This study uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. The location of the research is in Class II B Prison Cilacap. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection methods are interviews, while secondary data are literature studies and documentary studies. Data processing method with data reduction, data display and data categorization. Presentation of data in the form of a qualitative matrix and narrative text. The data analysis method was carried out by qualitative analysis using content analysis and comparative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the law on health services for pregnant inmates at the Class II B Cilacap Prison was effective. This can be proven by the following parameters: the effective fulfillment of the right to health services; the effectiveness of polyclinic services for pregnant prisoners; the effectiveness of routine doctors/nurses in examining inmates, effective fulfillment of the right to proper food; and the effectiveness of special treatment for pregnant prisoners. The factors that tend to influence the implementation of the law on health services for pregnant inmates in Class II B Cilacap Prison are social factors and personal factors.
