Penelitian terhadap implementasi Program Kegiatan Bina Keluarga Remaja ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana jalannya implementasi Program BKR di Desa Pamijen Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas. Peneliti menggunakan model bottom-up dimana birokrat garda depan dan kelompok sasaran memiliki andil yang besar dalam keberhasilan program dan teori implementasi dengan Model Smith.  Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif, peneliti memilih informan dengan teknik purposive sampling; pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi; analisis data dengan model Miles & Huberman; validitas data dengan teknik triangulasi; juga mengumpulkan data dengan sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat aktif berpartisipasi dalam implementasi Program Bina Keluarga Remaja. Pengurus program mendapatkan pelatihan agar kemudian dapat memberikan materi kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan pedoman dari pemerintah. Melalui pembinaan dari Program BKR, orang tua mendapatkan materi seputar cara mendidik remaja, dunia remaja, dan sesi berbagi ilmu. Program ini berjalan dengan lancar meskipun terdapat hambatan berupa konflik politik dan situasional akibat pandemi COVID-19. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan beberapa penyesuaian agar program tetap dapat dijalankan kembali secara rutin.

This research on the implementation of the Youth Family Development Program aims to find out how the implementation of the BKR Program is in Pamijen Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency. The researcher uses a bottom-up model where the vanguard bureaucrats and target groups have a big role in the success of the program and implementation theory with the Smith Model. By using descriptive-qualitative method, the researcher selected the informants with purposive sampling technique; data collection by interview, observation, and documentation; data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model; data validity with triangulation technique; also collect data from primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate that the community actively participates in the implementation of the Youth Family Development Program. Program managers receive training so that they can then provide materials to the community in accordance with government guidelines. Through coaching from the BKR Program, parents get material on how to educate teenagers, the world of youth, and knowledge sharing sessions. This program ran smoothly despite obstacles in the form of political and situational conflicts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on this, several adjustments were made so that the program can still be run again on a regular basis.
