Implementasi Kebijakan Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat Di Kecamatan Warungpring. Identifikasi masalah : Bagaimana ketepatan program KUR dalam mencapai tujuan program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan taraf hidup masyarakat. Metode Penelitian adalah Kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian : Warga Kecamatan Warungpring dan Pelaksana KUR. Dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana peneliti bermaksud untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai Implementasi Program kredit Usaha Rakyat Di Kecamatan Warungpring Kabupaten Pemalang dimana penulis mewawancarai  orang, sumber data terditi dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen, catatan-catatan, laporan maupun arsip resmi yang dapat didukung dengan kelengkapan data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program kredit usaha rakyat berhasil berjalan dengan baik dengan bukti bahwa adanya kepuasan masyarakat yang tercapai dalam program kredit usaha rakyat di Kecamatan Warungpring Kabupaten Pemalang dan pada kualitas pelayanan sudah berjalan dengan baik sebagaimana prosedur yang sudah berlaku walaupun ada sedikit yang musti dibenahi agar pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat bisa lebih maksimal, namun terlepas dari itu masyarakat sudah merasa puas dengan adanya program Kredit Usaha Rakyat.

Implementation of People's Business Credit Program Policies for Micro Business Development in Warungpring District. Problem identification: How is the accuracy of the KUR program in achieving program objectives that aim to improve the welfare and standard of living of the community through the development of MSMEs. The Research Method is Qualitative. Research Subjects: Residents of Warungpring District and KUR Implementers. The basis of the research used is descriptive qualitative where the researcher intends to provide an overview of the Implementation of the People's Business Credit Program in the Warungpring District, Pemalang Regency where the authors interview people, the data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews while secondary data is obtained from documents, records, records, reports and official archives that can be supported by complete primary data. The results of this study indicate that the people's business credit program is running well with evidence that there is community satisfaction achieved in the people's business credit program in the Warungpring District, Pemalang Regency and the quality of service has been going well as the procedure has been applied although there are a few things that need to be addressed. so that the services provided to the community can be maximized, but apart from that the community is satisfied with the People's Business Credit program.
