Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian dengan judul “Dampak Krisis Perbatasan Eropa terhadap Hak-Hak Pengungsi di Wilayah Perbatasan Turki dan Yunani Tahun 2016-2020” ini dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan sumber data sekunder dan studi literatur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang terjadi terhadap hak-hak pengungsi di wilayah perbatasan Turki dan Yunani yang disebabkan oleh krisis perbatasan Eropa pada tahun 2016-2020 melalui konsep pemikiran Hak-hak Pengungsi atau Refugee Rights. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat dampak buruk terhadap hak-hak pengungsi di wilayah perbatasan Turki dan Yunani pada tahun 2016-2020 yang disebabkan oleh krisis perbatasan Eropa, dimana pemerintah Yunani dan Uni Eropa telah melanggar hak-hak pengungsi yang tercantum pada Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) dan Konvensi mengenai Status Pengungsi tahun 1951 atau The 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, yaitu hak mencari suaka; hak bebas dari diskriminasi dan perlakuan sewenang-wenang; hak masuk ke negara lain secara ilegal tanpa penalti; hak untuk tidak diusir dan tidak dipulangkan atau Non-Refoulment.

The research entitled "The Impact of the European Border Crisis on the Rights of Refugees in the Border Region of Turkey and Greece in 2016-2020" was analyzed using a qualitative-descriptive research method with secondary data sources and literature studies as data collection techniques. This study aims to determine the impact that occurs on the rights of refugees in the border region of Turkey and Greece caused by the European border crisis in 2016-2020 through the concept of Refugee Rights. The results of this study are that there is a negative impact on the rights of refugees in the border areas of Turkey and Greece in 2016-2020 caused by the European border crisis, where the Greek government and the European Union have violated the rights of refugees as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and The 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, which are the right to seek asylum; the right to be free from discrimination and arbitrary treatment; the right to enter another country illegally without penalty; the right not to be evicted or Non-Refoulment.
