Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur merupakan kelompok tani bibit durian yang berada di Desa Alasmalang, Kecamatan Kemranjen, Kebupaten Banyumas. Kelompok tani ini didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anggotanya sehingga petani termotivasi unuk bergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur. Tujuan peneltian yaitu (1) mengetahui tingkat motivasi petani untuk bergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur, dan (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi petani untuk bergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 September – 20 Oktober 2020. Obyek penelitian adalah petani yang bergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dan diperoleh jumlah sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil pengumpulan data ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif, Likert's Summated Ratings (LSR), Methods Successive Interval (MSI), dan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi petani untuk bergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur di Desa Alasmalang, Kecamatan Kemranjen, Kabupaten Banyumas berada pada skala rendah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani untuk bergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Maju Makmur yaitu Pendapatan, Kompensasi, Hubungan Sosial, dan Aktualisasi Diri, sedangkan Penghargaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi petani.

Maju Makmur farmer group is a durian seed farmer group located in Alasmalang Village, Kemranjen Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. This farmer group was established to meet the needs of its members so that farmers are motivated to join Maju Makmur farmer group. The research objectives are (1) to determine the level of motivation of farmers to join Maju Makmur  farmer groups, and (2) to determine the factors that influence farmers to join Maju Makmur farmer groups.
The research method uses a survey method and was carried out on September 13 – October 20, 2020. The object of research is farmers who join Maju Makmur farmer group. Sampling using the census method and obtained a total of 30 people. The results of data collection were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive methods, Likert's Summated Ratings (LSR), Methods Successive Interval (MSI), and multiple linear regression analysis. 
The results showed the motivation of farmers to join Maju Makmur farmer group in Alasmalang Village, Kemranjen Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency is on a low scale. The factors that influence the motivation of farmers to join Maju Makmur farmer groups are Income, Compensation, Social Relations, and Self Actualization, while the Award does not affect the motivation of farmers.
