Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh tarif Trans Jateng, tarif AKDP, pendapatan, pekerjaan, jenis kelamin, umur, dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap permintaan jasa bus Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga, menganalisis kesediaan membayar dan surplus konsumen pengguna bus Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan contingent valuation method. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dari 100 reponden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tarif Trans jateng, tarif AKDP, pendapatan, dan umur berpengaruh negatif signifikan, jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap permintaan jasa bus Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga, serta rata-rata permintaan jasa bus Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga penumpang pekerja dan perempuan lebih tinggi daripada penumpang bukan pekerja dan bukan perempuan. Kesediaan membayar rata-rata penumpang khusus sebesar Rp3.928,57 sementara penumpang umum yaitu Rp5.630,43. Artinya pengguna masih bersedia membayar lebih dari tarif berlaku. Total surplus konsumen adalah Rp186.000,00 dengan surplus konsumen rata-rata sebesar Rp1.928,57 untuk penumpang khusus dan Rp1.630,43 untuk penumpang umum, artinya penumpang masih memperoleh manfaat lebih karena dapat membayar pada nilai tarif yang lebih rendah dari nilai yang bersedia dibayarkan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Trans Jateng fares, AKDP fares, income, occupation, gender, age, and the number of family members toward the demand of Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga bus services, analyze the willingness to pay value and the consumer surplus value for Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga bus passengers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and contingent valuation method. This research uses primary data obtained from 100 respondents. The result showed that the Trans Jateng fare, AKDP fare, income, and age have a significant negative influence, while the number of family members has a significant positive impact on the demand for Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga bus, and the estimated demand for Trans Jateng Purwokerto-Purbalingga bus services for workers and females is higher than nonworker and non-female passengers. The average willingness to pay value for specific passengers amounted to Rp3.928,57, while for general passengers were Rp5.630,43. It means that passengers are willing to pay more than the applicable fare. The total consumer surplus is Rp186.000,00 with the average consumer surplus being Rp1.928,57 for specific passengers and Rp1.630,43 for general passengers, meaning that the passengers still get more benefits because they pay at a rate of fares lower than the value they are willing to pay.
