Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada dosen akuntansi di perguruan tinggi Purwokerto. Judul dari penelitian ini adalah "Pengaruh Pengalaman, Motivasi, Kecerdasan Emosi dan Kompetensi Pendidik terhadap Profesionalitas Dosen Akuntansi di Perguruan Tinggi Purwokerto". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman, motivasi, kecerdasan emosi, dan kompetensi pendidik terhadap profesionalitas dosen akuntansi di perguruan tinggi Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan 36 responden dari berbagai macam perguruan tinggi di Purwokerto. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman, motivasi, kecerdasan emosi, dan kompetensi pendidik berpengaruh positif terhadap profesionalitas dosen akuntansi. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalitas dosen akuntansi. Pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel motivasi saja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesinalitas dosen akuntansi, sedangkan variabel pengalaman, kecerdasan emosi, dan kompetensi pendidik tidak berpengaruh terhadap profesionalitas dosen akuntansi.

This research is a survey research on accounting lecturer in college of Purwokerto. The title of this research is “The influences of experience, motivation, emotional quotient, and  competency  of lecturer on professionality of  accounting lecturer  in college  of Purwokerto”. The aims of this research is to determine the influences of experience, motivation, emotional quotient, and  competency  of lecturer on professionality of accounting lecturer in college of Purwokerto. This research uses 36 respondents from some college’s in Purwokerto. The statistical method that is used in this research is multiple linier regressions. The results of this research indicates that experience, motivation, emotional quotient, and competency of lecturer have positive influences  towards  the professionality of accountant lecturer. Simultanously all variabels examined in this research have significant influences on professionality of accounting lecturer. Partially, only motivation variabel that significant influences on professionality of accounting lecturer, whereas the experience variabel, emotional quotient, and competency of lecturer do not have influence significant on professionality of accounting lecturer.
