Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hukum penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 oleh Satgas Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah di Kelurahan Donan, Kabupaten Cilacap dan  pengaruh faktor kedisplinan, kerjasama dan fasilitas terhadap implementasi hukum  penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 oleh satgas. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kelurahan Donan Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah Kabupaten Cilacap dengan responden sebanyak 50 (lima puluh) orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi kemudian disajikan secara naratif dan tabel data. Anlisis data kuantitatif mengunakan metode statistik sederhana, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat implementasi hukum Satgas dalam penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 di Kelurahan Donan Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah Kabupaten Cilacap adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator-indikator yaitu efektifnya  penyuluhan penanggulangan Covid-19, efektifnya pelayanan kesehatan, efektifnya pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, efektifnya pembinaan kepada masyarakat, dan efektifnya tindakan pencegahan covid-19. Faktor kedisiplinan, faktor kerjasama dan faktor fasilitas cenderung berpengaruh positif terhadap implementasi hukum Satgas dalam penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 di Kelurahan Donan, Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah Kabupaten Cilacap, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kedisiplinan, dan semakin baik kerjasama dan fasilitas maka semakin efektif pula implementasi hukum satgas dalam penanggulangan penyebaran covid-19 di Kelurahan Donan, Kabupaten Cilacap

This study aims to determine the implementation of the legal implementation of the spread of Covid-19 in Donan Village, Central Cilacap District Cilacap Regency and the influence of discipline, cooperation and facilities factors on the implementation of the legal implementation of the spread of Covid-19 in Donan Village, Central Cilacap District Cilaca. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research is located in Donan Village,Central Cilacap District Cilacap Regency with 50 (fifty) respondents as respondents. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire, documentary and library methods. The collected data is processed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques and then presented in a narrative and data table. Quantitative data analysis used simple statistical methods, while qualitative data analysis used content analysis and comparison analysis methods. The results showed that the level of implementation of the legal implementation of the spread of Covid-19 in Donan Village, Central Cilacap District Cilaca . This is evidenced by indicators, namely the effectiveness of counseling on the prevention of Covid-19, the effectiveness of health services, the effectiveness of health services to the community, the effectiveness of guidance to the community, and the effectiveness of preventive measures against COVID-19. The discipline factor, cooperation factor and facility factor tend to have a positive effect on the implementation of the legal implementation of the spread of Covid-19 in Donan Village, Central Cilacap District Cilaca, meaning that the higher the level of discipline, and the better the cooperation and facilities, the more effective the implementation of the task force law in controlling the spread of the virus. covid-19 in Donan Village, Central Cilacap Cilacap Regency
