ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIFITAS METODE KONVENSIONAL DAN BIM PADA PROYEK GEDUNG (STUDI KASUS GEDUNG PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN FISIP UNSOED)

Dalam dunia konstruksi, salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan ketika melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan pembangunan adalah tentang efektivitas pekerjaan tersebut. Pelaku kegiatan konstruksi ini dituntut untuk mengerjakan proyek tersebut dengan waktu singkat dan hasil yang maksimal. Salah satu usaha atau cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja tersebut adalah menerapkan metode Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada pekerjaan tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan efektivitas kerja akibat penerapan konsep BIM dibandingkan dengan metoden konvensional . Obyek penelitian adalah Gedung Pelayanan Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto, yang membandingan BoQ dan durasi pekerjaan dengan menggunakan Revit dan metode konvensional. Dari penilitian yang dilakukan didapatkan selisih volume serta rencana anggaran biaya pekerjaan pembetonan sebesar 6,75%, pekerjaan pembesian 11,75%, dan pemasangan bekisting sebesar 5,34%. Lalu untuk durasi pekerjaan didapatkan selisih antara metode konvensional dan BIM sebesar 5,88%

- In the world of construction, one aspect that must be considered when carrying out a construction work is the effectiveness of the work. The perpetrators of this construction activity are required to work on the project in a short time and with maximum results. One of the efforts or ways to improve the effectiveness of the performance is to apply the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method on the job in order to increase work effectiveness. The object of the research is the Education Service Building, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, which compares BoQ and work duration using Revit and conventional methods. From the research carried out, it was found that the difference in volume and budget plan for concrete work was 6.75%, iron work was 11.75%, and formwork installation was 5.34%. Then for the duration of work, the difference between the conventional method and BIM is 5.88%.
