PENGENDALIAN HAYATI PENYAKIT LAYU FUSARIUM PADA TANAMAN KENTANG IN PLANTA

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian antagonis terhadap pengendalian penyakit layu fusarium terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kentang (in planta). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 11 perlakuan dan 3 kali pengulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi kontrol (tanpa pengendalian); pengendalian dengan fungisida mankozeb 80%, Bacillus sp.-B2, Bacillus sp.-B4, P. fluorescens-P19, P. fluorescens-P20, P. fluorescens-P21, Penicillium sp.-Pn1, Penicillium sp.-Pn2, Gliocladium sp.-G1, dan Gliocladium sp.-G3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian P. fluorescens-P20 berpengaruh baik terhadap penekanan intensitas penyakit layu fusarium pada tanaman kentang in planta yang ditunjukkan oleh penurunan sebesar 44,45%. Pemberian Gliocladium sp.-G3 berpengaruh baik terhadap komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil ditunjukkan pada peningkatan terhadap tinggi tanaman, bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar akar, jumlah daun, dan bobot umbi masing-masing sebesar 7,83, 65,62, 18,22, 212,27, dan 77,47%.

The study was conducted to know the effects of antagonists against Fusarium wilt desease on growth and yield of potato crop (in planta). Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used with 11 treatments and 3 replicated. The treatments were an control, fungicide with active element of mankozeb 80%, Bacillus sp.-B2, Bacillus sp.-B4, P. fluorescens-P19, P. fluorescens-P20. P. fluorescens-P21, Penicillium sp.-Pn1, Penicillium sp.-Pn2, Gliocladium sp,-G1, and Gliocladium sp.-G3. Result of the research showed that application of P. fluorescens-P20 gave good effect on supprassion of the disease on potato crops in planta indicated by decreasing the intensity of 44.45%. Application of Gliocladium sp.G3 showed a good result on growth and yield components, indicated by increasing of crop height , fresh weight of root, fresh weight of crops, the number of leaves, tuber weight as 7.83, 65.62, 18.22, 212.27, and 77.47%, respectively.
