RESPON FISIOLOGIS TANAMAN KACANG HIJAU (Vigna radiata L.) TERHADAP APLIKASI PUPUK CAIR YANG DIPERKAYA SILIKA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mengetahui respon fisiologi dan pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau terhadap pemupukan nitrogen dari Urea dan ZA; 2). Mengetahui respon fisiologi dan pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau terhadap pemupukan hara mikro; 3). Mengetahui kombinasi unsur hara nitrogen dan unsur hara mikro yang paling tepat untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Experimental Farm Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan analisis tanaman di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto dari Desember 2020 sampai Maret 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu pemberian macam nitrogen dengan taraf N0: tanpa unsur hara Nitrogen, N1: pupuk urea, N2: pupuk ZA. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian macam unsur hara mikro dengan taraf M0: tanpa unsur hara, M1: FeCl3 + MgSO4, M2: FeCl3 + MgSO4 + ZnSO4, M3: FeCl3 + MgSO4 + SiO2, M4: FeCl3 + MgSO4 + ZnSO4+ SiO2. Variabel pengamatan meliputi luas daun trifoliat (cm2), kandungan klorofil (mg/g), umur berbunga (hari), bobot daun khas (g/cm2), lebar bukaan stomata dan kerapatan stomata (unit/m2), indeks luas daun, bobot kering tanaman (g), laju asimilasi bersih (g/cm2/minggu), laju pertumbuhan relatif (g/cm2/minggu), laju pertumbuhan tanaman (g/cm2/minggu), hasil per hektar (ton/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian nitrogen dalam bentuk cair melalui daun berpengaruh terhadap bobot kering tanaman dengan nilai sebesar 0,28 g dan laju asimilasi bersih dengan nilai 0,03 g/cm2/minggu. Pemberian hara mikro melalui daun dapat meningkatkan luas daun trifoliat dengan nilai 122,52 cm2. Pemberian kombinasi pupuk nitrogen dan pupuk mikro tidak berpengaruh terhadap respon fisiologis tanaman kacang hijau.

The aim of this research were to determine the physiological response and growth of mung bean to liquid nitrogen fertilization, to determine the physiological response and growth of mung bean to micro-fertilization, and to determine the most appropriate combination of nitrogen and micro-nutrients to increase the growth of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.). The research was carried out at the Experimental Farm of Jenderal Sudirman University and the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto from December 2020 to March 2021. This Research was arranged by using Randomized Completily Block Design with 3 replications. The treatment consisted of two factors, namely the provision of nitrogen and micro nutrient. The first factor of nitrogen with levels of N0: no nitrogen nutrients, N1: urea fertilizer, N2: ZA fertilizer. The second factor is the provision of micro nutrients with levels M0: no nutrients, M1: FeCl3 + MgSO4, M2: FeCl3 + MgSO4 + ZnSO4, M3: FeCl3 + MgSO4 + SiO2, M4: FeCl3 + MgSO4 + ZnSO4+ SiO2. The observation variables included trifoliate leaf area (cm2), chlorophyll content (mg/g), flowering age (days), specific leaf area (g/cm2), stomata opening width and stomata density (unit/m2), leaf area index, plant dry weight (g), net assimilation rate (g/cm2/week), relative growth rate (g/cm2/week), plant growth rate (g/cm2/week), yield per hectare (ton/ha). The data were analyzed using ANOVA and if significant different, was continued by DMRT at ∝ : 0.05 The results showed that the application of nitrogen in liquid form through the leaves had an effect on the dry weight of the plant with a value of 0.28 g and the net assimilation rate with a value of 0.03 g/cm2/week. Provision of micro nutrients through the leaves can increase the trifoliate leaf area with a value of 122.52 cm2. The combination of nitrogen fertilizer and micro fertilizer did not affect the physiological response of mung bean plants.
