Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tanggapan dan penilaian pembaca terhadap film Bumi Manusia. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskripstif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu resepsi pembaca terhadap film Bumi Manusia yang berupa hasil kuesioner dan hasil wawancara. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu pembagian dan pengisian kuesioner serta melakukan wawancara dengan sistem simak, rekam dan catat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Unsoed yang terdiri dari angkatan 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, dan 2021 yang dikerucutkan menjadi 10 informan terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa film tersebut dapat diterima dengan baik dan cukup disukai oleh kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Unsoed, penilaian pembaca terhadap film cukup beragam dan memiliki alasan tersendiri, hasil interpretasi penilaian ditemukan dua tipe pembaca. Tipe pertama berjumlah empat pembaca yang menekankan keseluruhan penilaian pada aspek tekstual, sedangkan tipe kedua berjumlah enam pembaca yang beberapa penilaiannya ditekankan pada aspek non tekstual. Selain itu, ditemukan pula tiga pembaca dengan tingkat objektivitas paling baik dalam menilai film tersebut sebagai hasil karya alih wahana dari novel.

This study aims to describe the reader's response and assessment of the film Bumi Manusia. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data for this research is the reader's reception of the film Bumi Manusia in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The method of data collection in this research is the distribution and filling of questionnaires as well as conducting interviews with a listening, recording and recording system. The population in this study were all students of the Unsoed Indonesian Literature Study Program consisting of the 2017 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 batches which were sorted into 10 selected information. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the film was well received and liked by the students of the Unsoed Indonesian Literature Study Program, the assessment of the film was quite diverse and had its own reasons, the results of the interpretation found two types of readers. The first type, four readers who enjoy all aspects of the textual, while the second type, two readers who enjoy some of the non-textual aspects. In addition, it was also found that three readers with the best level of objectivity judged the film as a work of transfer from the novel.
