Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi, baik itu faktor internal maupum faktor eksternal.  Salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi adalah minat dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi adalah citra prodi dan prospek lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh citra prodi, minat menjadi guru, dan prospek lapangan kerja terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih progran studi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra prodi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih program studi pendidikan ekonomi, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh minat menjadi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih program studi pendidikan ekonomi, 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh minat menjadi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih program studi pendidikan ekonomi.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2010 yang berjumlah 148 dengan sampel 109 mahasiswa yang dihitung menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji regresi linier berganda.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, citra prodi, minat menjadi guru, dan prospek lapangan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih prgram studi pendidikan ekonomi.  Hal ini dibuktikan dengan  atau 73,057 > 1,909 dan nilai signifikansi <  atau 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi ( sebesar 0,676 yang artinya 67,6% keputusan mahasiswa memilih prodi pendidikan ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh citra prodi, minat menjadi guru, dan prospek lapangan kerja.. Sisanya sebesar 32,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti seperti fasilitas pendidikan, biaya pendidikan, dan latar belakang keluarga.

There are so many factors that can influence students in choosing a study program, both internal factors and external factors. One of the internal factors that can influence is interest and external factors that influence are thye image of te study program and job prospects. This study discusses the influence of study program image, interest in becoming a teacher, and job prospectd on student decisions to choose study programs. This study aims to : 1) to determine and analyze the effect of study program image on the student decisions to choose an economic education study program, 2) to determine and analyze the effect of  interest in becoming teacher on the student decisions to choose an economic education study program, 3) to determine and analyze the effect of job prospects on the student decisions to choose an economic education study program.
This type of research is a quantitive research with a survey method. The population in this study were students of economic education class 2018, 2019, and 2020 which amounted to 148 with a sample of 109 students calculated using the proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire, while the data analysis techniques used are  t test, F test, coefficient of determination test and multiple linier regression test.
The results showed that the image of the study program, interest in becoming teacher, and job prospect had a positive effect on students decisions tho choose economic education study programs. This is evidenced by   or 73.057 < 1.909 and a significance value  <  or 0,000 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination ( is 0.676. which means that 67,6% of students decisions to choose economics education study program are influenced by the study programs image, interest in becoming a teacher, and job prospecct. The remaining 32,4% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers such as educational facilities, education cost, and family background.
