ASPEK REPRODUKSI DAN STRUKTUR HISTOLOGIS GONAD BETINA TIGA SPESIES IKAN FAMILIA CYPRINIDAE DI SUNGAI BANJARAN

Familia Cyprinidae merupakan keluarga ikan air tawar terbesar yang mampu beradaptasi dan berkembang biak dengan cepat. Pemahaman mengenai aspek biologi reproduksi ikan yang bermanfaat bagi pengelolaan sumber daya ikan di suatu aliran sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran histologis perkembangan gonad ikan betina hasil tangkapan Familia Cyprinidae, tingkat kematangan gonad, indeks kematangan gonad, dan hubungan antara IKG dengan panjang total tubuh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk parameter kualitatif (gambaran histologis gonad), parameter kuantitatif (TKG, IKG dan proporsi oosit) disajikan dalam bentuk grafik batang, dan hubungan antara IKG dengan panjang total tubuh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan kematangan gonad yaitu ikan nilem dan ikan brek yang diperoleh di Sungai Banjaran memiliki kecenderungan matang gonad dan siap memijah di bulan Maret – Mei, sedangkan ikan lunjar memiliki kecenderungan matang gonad dan siap memijah di bulan April – Mei. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara hubungan panjang tubuh dengan IKG pada sampel ikan tangkapan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan histologis ditemukan lima tahapan oogenesis, yaitu kromatin nukleus, perinuklear, krotikal alveoli, vitellogenesis, dan mature. Hasil proporsi masing-masing stadium oosit pada ikan nilem tahap kromatin nukleus 20 – 30%, tahap perinuklear 10 – 15%, tahap kortikal alveoli 5 – 15%, tahap vitellogenesis 20 – 30%, dan tahap matang 25 – 30%. Ikan brek pada tahap kromatin nukleus 25 – 40%, tahap perinuklear 5 – 15%, tahap kortikal alveoli 5 – 25%, tahap vitellogenesis 15 – 30%, dan tahap matang 15 – 30%. Ikan lunjar pada tahap kromatin nukleus 15 – 35%, tahap perinuklear 0 – 10%, tahap kortikal alveoli 5 – 15%, tahap vitellogenesis 25 – 40%, dan tahap matang 20 – 30%.

Family Cyprinidae is the largest freshwater fish family that can adapt and reproduce quickly. An understanding of the biological aspects of fish reproduction that are beneficial for the management of fish resources in a river. This study aims to determine the histological description of the gonad development of female fish caught by Familia Cyprinidae, gonad maturity level, gonadal maturity index, and the relationship between GSI and total body length. The research was conducted by survey method and sampling using purposive random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively for qualitative parameters (histological features of the gonads), quantitative parameters (GML, GSI and oocyte proportions) were presented in the form of a bar graph, and the relationship between GSI and total body length was analyzed using SPSS 16. The results obtained were based on gonadal maturity. namely nilem and brek fish obtained in the Banjaran River have a tendency to mature gonads and are ready to spawn in March – May, while lunjar fish have a tendency to mature gonads and are ready to spawn in April – May. There is a significant correlation between body length and GSI in the caught fish samples. Based on histological observations, five stages of oogenesis were found, namely nuclear chromatin, perinuclear, crotical alveoli, vitellogenesis, and mature. The results of the proportion of each oocyte stage in nilem fish are 20 – 30% nuclear chromatin stage, 10 – 15% perinuclear stage, 5 – 15% cortical alveoli stage, 20 – 30% vitellogenesis stage, and 25 – 30% mature stage. Brek fish at the nuclear chromatin stage 25 – 40%, perinuclear stage 5 – 15%, cortical alveoli stage 5 – 25%, vitellogenesis stage 15 – 30%, and mature stage 15 – 30%. Skeleton fish at the nuclear chromatin stage 15 – 35%, perinuclear stage 0 – 10%, cortical alveoli stage 5 – 15%, vitellogenesis stage 25 – 40%, and mature stage 20 – 30%.
