Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) menjadi fenomena kekerasan yang cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Jika dilihat dari data Komnas Perempuan, KDRT ini angkanya paling tinggi dibandingkan bentuk kekerasan lain. KDRT di Kabupaten juga jumlahnya cukup tinggi, namun banyak yang tidak melapor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja P2TP2A dalam menangani KDRT dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dari P2TP2A dalam menangani KDRT masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Agus Dwiyanto yaitu produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsibilitas, responsivitas dan akuntabilitas. Produktivitas masih ada anggaran dan SDM yang kurang memadai. Selain itu output yang dihasilkan juga masih belum maksimal. Untuk kualitas layanan juga masih kurang pada aspek sarana prasarana dan kemudahan akses informasi. Untuk responsivitas, program yang dijalankan juga masih kurang. Sedangkan untuk responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kurang maksimalnya kinerja ini juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal pegawai, internal organisasi, dan eksternal organisasi.

ABSTRACT
Domestic Violence (KDRT) is a phenomenon that is quite high in Indonesia. When viewed from Komnas Perempuan data, this figure is the highest compared to other forms of violence. Domestic violence in Purworejo Regency itself has a fairly high number. When viewed from the data and facts in the field, this number is indeed not commensurate. This is because to find out the number of cases of domestic violence cannot only be measured using the reported data. Because there are still many people in Purworejo who do not report cases of domestic violence to P2TP2A. The purpose of this study is to find out how the performance of P2TP2A in dealing with domestic violence and the factors that affect the performance itself. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the performance of P2TP2A in dealing with domestic violence is still not optimal. This study uses the theory of Agus Dwiyanto, namely productivity, service quality, responsibility, responsiveness and accountability. In terms of productivity, there is still an inadequate budget and human resources. In addition, the resulting output is still not optimal. The quality of service is also still lacking in terms of infrastructure and ease of access to information related to P2TP2A. And for responsiveness, the programs that are run are also still lacking. Meanwhile, responsibility and accountability have been going well. This lack of maximum performance is also influenced by internal factors of employees, internal organizations, and external organizations.
