THE EFFECT OF FINANCIAL LITERACY, FINANCIAL INCLUSION, AND INTEREST IN USING E-COMMERCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF MSMES IN CILACAP REGENCY

This research is a quantitative research with a survey method entitled "The Effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Interest in Using E-commerce on The Performance of MSMEs in Cilacap Regency". Population in this research were all MSME actors in Cilacap Regency with sampling using purposive sampling, namely 96 MSME actors who could be sampled because they had met the existing criteria. Collecting data use an online questionnaire method with google form media and directly. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the coefficient of determination, The Goodness of Fit using F Test and T test. Based on data analysis, the results of the research show that: (1) financial literacy has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Cilacap Regency, (2) financial inclusion has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Cilacap Regency, (3) interest in using e-commerce has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Cilacap Regency. The implications of this research include the theoretical implications that are intended for previous research and further research and practical implications, which have aimed for The Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs, Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) and/or the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs are expected to update the latest database on the status of MSME actors who are still active or not. Then, should start reclassifying more specifically according to the field of business so that it is more accurate.This research also is expected to be useful for the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, and SMEs to provide education in order to increase the motivation and knowledge of MSMEs regarding financial management, access to financial services, and the use of e-commerce as a marketing and sales media so that business performance can increase. In addition, MSME actors are expected to be more active in participating in socialization in order to gain knowledge about the importance of using accounting information and start marketing or selling products/services through e-commerce to be more effective and efficient in running their business.
