THE EFFECTS OF ATTITUDE TOWARD ONLINE SHOPPING, TRUST, PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL, SUBJECTIVE NORM ON ONLINE SHOPPING BEHAVIOR INTENTION (Case Study in Purwokerto)

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Sikap Pada Belanja Online, Kepercayaan, Kontrol Perilaku yang dirasakan, Norma Subyektif Terhadap Niat Perilaku Belanja Online (Studi Kasus di Purwokerto)". Teknologi internet pada umumnya menjadi lebih penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan khususnya dalam dunia bisnis. Peningkatan Internet mendorong para peneliti untuk menngetahui perilaku konsumen di pasar berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memunculkan pembentukan perilaku belanja aktual online konsumen di Purwokerto. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 110 untuk masyarakat Purwokerto yang mengetahui tentang belanja online. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan kausal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) kesimpulannya adalah: (1) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap pada belanja online (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap norma subjektif (4) Sikap pada belanja online berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku belanja online (5) Kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku belanja online (6) Norma subjektif berpengaruh positif terhadap niat perilaku belanja online.

This research is entitled ”The Effects of Attitude Toward Online Shopping, Trust, Perceived Behavioral Control, Subjective Norm On Online Shopping Behavior Intention (Case Study in Purwokerto)”. Internet technology is become more important in our daily life in general and in business world particularly. This increased role of the Internet encourages the researchers to investigate the customer behavior in this emerging market. The aim of this study was to examine the factors that gave rise to the formation of the actual online shopping behavior of Purwokerto customers. The samples of this study were 110 citizen of Purwokerto who knowing about online shopping. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the causal relationships. Based on the result of research and data analysis using structural equation modelling the conclusion is: (1) Trust has positive effect on attitude toward online shopping (2) Trust has positive effect on perceived behavioral control (3) Trust has positive effect on subjective norm (4) Attitude toward online shopping has positive effect on online shopping behavior intention (5) Perceived behavioral control has positive effect on online shopping behavior intention (6) Subjective norm has positive effect on online shopping behavior intention.
