ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Hukum Program Penyelenggaraan, Pengembangan Kampung KB sebagai Upaya Penguatan Program KKBPK di Desa Panisihan Kecamatran Maos Kabupaten Cilacap, dan juga untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Implementasi Hukum Program Penyelenggaraan Pengembangan Kampung KB terhadap Upaya Penguatan Program Kependudukan, Keluarga Berencana, dan Pembangunan Penduduk.  Metode penelitian yang diguanakan adalah peneliutian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian bearda di Kampung KB Pelita Desa Panisihan, Maos Kabupaten Cilacap dengan 42 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan data primer, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari metode pengumpulan data berupa angket, dokumenter, dan studi kepustakaan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Hukum Program Penyelenggaraan, Pengembangan Kampung KB Sebagai Upaya Penguatan Program KKBPK di Desa Panisihan, Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator-indikator antara lain : Efektifnya Pelaksanaan Pengembangan Program Kampung KB, Efektifnya Pelaksanaan Koordinasi, Efektifnya Keberhasilan Program Pengembangan Kampung KB, Efektifnya Pembiayaan Program Pengembangan Kampung KB, dan Efektifnya Pelaksanaan Monitoring, evaluasi, dan pelaporan Program Pengembangan Kampung KB. Serta 4 indikator terkait Program KKBPK yaitu Efektifnya Pelatihan tentang Program KKBPK, Penyusunan data dan informasi isu strategis dan permasalahan, Penyusunan Rencana Program dan Kegiatan, dan Pemetaan alur pengelolaan anggaran kegiatan dan kajian kebutuhan yang semuanya juga berjalan dengan efektif, sehingga hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Hukum Program Penyelenggaran Pengembangan Kampung KB di Desa Panisihan, Maos, Kab Cilacap berkontirbusi secara posistif terhadap Upaya Penguatan Program KKBPK.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the Legal Implementation of the Implementation Program, the Development of the Family Planning Village as an Effort to Strengthen the KKBPK Program in Panisihan Village, Maos District, Cilacap Regency, and also to determine the Contribution of the Legal Implementation of the Family Planning Village Development Program to the Efforts to Strengthen Population, Family Planning, and Population Development Programs. . The research method used is a quantitative approach research with a sociological juridical analysis approach, and descriptive research specifications. The research location is in Kampung KB Pelita, Panisihan Village, Maos, Cilacap Regency with 42 respondents. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The data used are primary data, and secondary data obtained from data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, documentaries, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Legal Implementation of the Implementation Program, the Development of Family Planning Villages as an Effort to Strengthen the KKBPK Program in Panisihan Village, Maos, Regency Cilacap is effective. This is evidenced by indicators including: Effective Implementation of KB Village Program Development, Effective Implementation of Coordination, Effective Success of KB Village Development Programs, Effective Financing of KB Village Development Programs, and Effective Implementation of Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of KB Village Development Programs. As well as 4 indicators related to the KKBPK Program, namely Effectiveness of Training on the KKBPK Program, Compilation of data and information on strategic issues and problems, Preparation of Program and Activity Plans, and Mapping of activity budget management flows and needs assessments, all of which are also running effectively, so that it shows that the implementation The Law for the Implementation of the Family Planning Village Development Program in Panisihan Village, Maos, Cilacap Regency contributes positively to the Efforts to Strengthen the KKBPK Program.
