THE EFFECTS OF PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC, FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION, LOCATION, PROMOTION, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION THROUGH CONSUMER DECISION MAKING

The number of companies of property developers in Purwokerto was growing rapidly. To survive and win the competition, the companies must be able to determine good strategies make their consumers satisfy. This research is conducted to determine whether the efforts of PT Sapphire Sukses to build Sapphire Regency KS Tubun has been able to satisfy their consumers in terms of preference variables in choosing housing, that consist of physical characteristic, financial consideration, location, promotion, and psychological factors. The samples of this study were 114 respondents who purchased, and stayed in Sapphire Regency KS Tubun. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the effects. The findings shows that physical characteristic has a positive effect on consumer decision making, financial consideration has a positive effect on consumer decision making, location has a positive effect on consumer decision making, promotion has a positive effect on consumer decision making, psychological has a positive effect on consumer decision making, and consumer decision making has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.
