ABSTRAK
Gambaran Pola Menyusui Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II

Latar Belakang : Sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19 banyak perubahan yang dialami oleh ibu menyusui di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II, diantaranya pola menyusui, kecemasan, berat badan bayi dan nutrisi ibu menyusui. 
Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran pola menyusui pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II, untuk mengetahui gambaran kecemasan ibu pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II, untuk mengetahui kenaikan berat badan bayi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II dan untuk mengetahui gambaran nutrisi ibu menyusui pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II.
Metodologi: Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 47 responden. Analisis data menggunakan univariat.
Hasil Penelitian:  Responden berusia 21-30 tahun sebanyak 22 orang (46,8%) dan responden berusia 31-40 sebanyak 25 orang (53,2%), pendidikan SMA sebanyak 22 orang (42,8%), mayoritas pekerjaan ibu menyusui adalah Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) sebanyak 37 orang (78,7%), dan status paritas ibu adalah multipara berjumlah 31 orang (65,9%). Pola menyusui pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II dalam keadaan baik yaitu 47 orang (100,0%), sebagian besar tidak mengalami kecemasan Covid-19 berjumlah 44 orang (93,6%) dan cemas Covid-19 berjumlah 3 orang (6,4%), pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki bayi usia 2 bulan dengan kenaikan berat badan 1.09 kg, seluruh ibu menyusui di Kelurahan Grendeng memiliki status nutrisi yang cukup baik sebanyak 46 orang (97,9%).
Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar pola menyusui, kecemasan, berat badan bayi, nutrisi ibu pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dalam keadaan baik.

Overview of Breastfeeding Patterns During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the North Purwokerto II Health Center

Background: Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 there have been many changes experienced by nursing mothers at the Purwokerto Utara II Health Center, including breastfeeding patterns, psychology, body weight, infant and nursing mother nutrition. 
Aim: Knowing the description of breastfeeding patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic at the North Purwokerto II Health Center, to find out the description of the mother's anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic at the North Purwokerto II Health Center, to find out the baby's weight gain during the Covid-19 pandemic at the North Purwokerto II Health Center and to find out the nutritional description of breastfeeding mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Purwokerto Utara II Public Health Center.
Methodology: This type of research is quantitative with descriptive methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 47. Data analysis used univariate.
Research result: Respondents aged 21-30 years were 22 people (46.8%) and respondents aged 31-40 were 25 people (53.2%), high school education as many as 22 people (42.8%), the majority of the work of nursing mothers are Housewives (IRT) as many as 37 people (78 ,7%), and the parity status of the mother was multiparous with 31 people (65,9%). breastfeeding patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic at the North Purwokerto Health Center were in good condition, namely 47 people (100.0%), most of them did not experience Covid-19 anxiety, 44 people (93.6%) and 3 people anxiety about Covid-19. (6.4%), in this study it was found that the majority of respondents had babies aged 2 months with a weight gain of 1.09 kg, all breastfeeding mothers in Grendeng Village had a fairly good nutritional status as many as 46 people (97,9%)
Conclusion: Most of the breastfeeding patterns, psychology, baby weight, maternal nutrition during the Covid-19 pandemic were in good condition.
