UJI EFEKTIVITAS METABOLIT SEKUNDER JAMUR Myrothecium sp. TERHADAP Spodoptera frugiperda J.E. Smith di Laboratorium

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh metabolit sekunder jamur Myrothecium sp. terhadap mortalitas larva, daya pakan, lama pertumbuhan, persentase terbentuknya pupa dan imago, fekunditas dan fertilitas serangga uji S. frugiperda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, pada bulan September 2020 sampai Januari 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama yang diuji yaitu konsentrasi metabolit sekunder jamur Myrothecium sp. terdiri dari konsentrasi 0% (kontrol) (K0), (K1) 10%, (K2) 20%, (K3) 30% dan insektisida sintetis (bahan aktif emamektin benzoat dan lufenuron) 1 ml/L (K4). Faktor kedua yaitu metode aplikasi terdiri dari metode penyemprotanpada larva (A1) dan metode pencelupan pakan (A2). Setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah mortalitas, daya pakan, lama pertumbuhan, persentase terbentuknya pupa, persentase terbentuknya imago, fekunditas dan fertilitas serangga uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) metabolit sekunder Myrothecium sp. konsentrasi 30% dengan metode penyemprotan pada larva menyebabkan kematian larva 26,67% dan metode pencelupan pakan menyebabkan kematian larva sebesar 39,04%. Serta mampu menyebabkan penurunan aktivitas makan pada konsentrasi 30% sebesar 19,35%. 2) metabolit sekunder Myrothecium sp. konsentrasi 30% mampu menghambat pertumbuhan larva 16,99%, konsentrasi 20% menghambat pertumbuhan pupa sebesar 9,61%, konsentrasi 20% menghambat pertumbuhan imago 11,36%, konsentrasi 30% menurunkan jumlah pupa dan imago terbentuk sebesar 40,70% dan 57,61% dan menurunkan jumlah penetasan telur sebesar 74,01%. 3) metabolit sekunder Myrothecium sp. belum efektif dalam mengendalikan S. frugiperda karena memiliki nilai efikasi <80%

This study aims to examine the influence of secondary metabolites of Myrothecium sp fungus. against the mortality of larvae, feed power, length of growth, percentage of pupae and imago formation, fecundity and fertility of test insect S. frugiperda. This research was conducted in the Plant Protection Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, in September 2020 to January 2021. This study used a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor tested was the concentration of secondary metabolites of Myrothecium sp fungus. consists of concentrations of 0% (control) (K0), (K1) 10%, (K2) 20%, (K3) 30% and synthetic insecticides (active ingredients emamectin benzoate and lufenuron) 1 ml /L (K4). The second factor was the method of application consists of the method of spraying on larvae (A1) and the method of dyeing feed (A2). Each combination of treatments is repeated three times. The observed variables weremortality, feed power, length of growth, percentage of percentage of imago formation, fecundity and fertility of test insects. The results showed that 1) secondary metabolite Myrothecium sp. concentration of 30% by spraying methods on larvae led to the death of larvae 26.67% and the method of dyeing feed led to the death of larvae by 39.04%. And able to cause a decrease in eating activity at a concentration of 30% by 19.35%. 2) Secondary metabolite Myrothecium sp. concentration of 30% is able to inhibit the growth of larvae 16.99%, concentration of 20% inhibits the growth of pupae by 9.61%, concentration of 20% inhibits the growth of imago 11.36%, concentration of 30% decreases the number of pupae and imago formed by 40.70% and 57.61% and decreases the number of hatching eggs by 74.01%. 3) Secondary metabolite Myrothecium sp. has not been effective in controlling S. frugiperda because it has an efficacy value of <80%.
