KAJIAN KANDUNGAN C-ORGANIK PADA BUDIDAYA TANAMAN PADI DI SUB DAS SERAYU KECAMATAN SAMPANG KABUPATEN CILACAP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui distribusi C-organik pada lahan sawah di wilayah Sub DAS Serayu Hilir Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap, (2) mengetahui korelasi antar variabel penelitian dan hubungan antara kandungan C-organik dengan hasil padi sawah di wilayah Sub DAS Serayu Hilir Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap, dan (3) menentukan rekomendasi dan takaran pupuk organik yang optimal untuk meningkatkan hasil tanaman padi di Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap. Sebagian besar lahan sawah Kecamatan Sampang mendapat aliran air irigasi dari saluran irigasi primer Sungai Serayu. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai April 2021 di Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap dan Laboratorium Tanah dan Sumberdaya Lahan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan penentuan titik sampel sebanyak 9 diawali dengan pembuatan peta SLH (Satuan Lahan Homogen) berskala 1:50.000 dengan cara tumpang tindih Peta Administrasi, Peta Jenis Tanah, Peta Kelerengan, dan Peta Penggunaan Lahan. Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan secara komposit di setiap lokasi pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel tanah (survei) dilakukan pada masa vegetatif padi yaitu pada umur 45-50 hari. Sampel tanah diambil dengan melakukan pengeboran tanah pada kedalaman 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm dan 40-60 cm. Variabel ukur yang digunakan yaitu pH H2O, pH KCl, DHL (daya hantar listrik), potensial redoks, C-organik tanah, keadaan iklim, varietas tanaman padi, serta hasil tanaman padi gabah basah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebaran C-organik di tanah sawah Kecamatan Sampang memiliki harkat sangat rendah. Varietas tanaman padi yang dibudidayakan di Kecamatan Sampang yaitu Ciherang, HT Logawa, Inpari 32, dan IR64. Keadaan iklim di Kecamatan Sampang termasuk iklim yang optimum untuk pertanaman padi. Nilai C-organik memiliki koefisien determinan sebesar 31,7% terhadap hasil padi gabah basah. Rekomendasi pemupukan di lahan penelitian adalah dengan menambahkan salah satu dari pupuk berikut 9,11 ton pemupukan kambing/ha, 5,76 ton pemupukan ayam/ha, 6,22 ton pemupukan sapi/ha, dan 5,25 ton pemupukan jerami/ha.

This study aims to determine: (1) distribution of soil C-organic nutrients in paddy fields in Serayu Watershed Downstream, Sampang District, Cilacap Regency, (2) distribution of soil C-organic nutrient availability, C-organic in plant tissue with rice yields in Serayu Watershed Downstream, Sampang District, Cilacap Regency, and 3) Organic fertilizer recommendations in paddy soil in Serayu Watershed Downstream, Sampang District, Cilacap Regency. The rice fields of Sampang District receive irrigation water from the Serayu River primary irrigation canal. The study was conducted in December 2021 to April 2021 in Sampang District, Cilacap Regency and the Land and Land Resources Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The study method was conducted by determining 9 sample points by making of SLH (Homogeneous Land Unit) map with a scale of 1:50.000 by overlaying the Sampang Disctrict Administration Map, the Soil Type Map, the Slope Map, and the Land Use Map. Sampling of soil samples was carried out in composit way at each observation location. Soil sampling (survey) was carried out during the vegetative period of paddy which is at the age of 45-50 days. Soil samples were taken by drilling the soil at a depth of 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm dan 40-60 cm. The variables mesured were pH H2O, pH KCl, DHL (electrical conductivity), redox potential, C-organic, climatic conditions, plant varieties, and wet grain rice yields. The results showed that the distribution of C-organic in the rice field in Sampang District had a very low status. The paddy varieties cultivated during research in Sampang District were consisted of Ciherang, HT Logawa, Inpari 32, and IR64. The climatic condition of Sampang District were in the optimal climates for paddy cultivation when there were evaluated. The value of C-organic had a determinant coefficient of 31,7% of the yield of rice.. The organic fertilization recommendation in the research area is to add one of the fertilizers such as 9,11 ton goat manure/ha, 5,76 ton chicken manure/ha, 6,22 ton cow manure/ha, and 5,25 ton straw manure/ha.
