Penelitian berjudul “Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Pidato Presiden Joko Widodo di Sidang Majelis Umum ke-75 PBB dan Relevansinya dengan Pembelajaran Pidato Persuasif Kelas IX” bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan jenis tindak tutur ilokusi, dan (2) Mendeskripsikan fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi yang terdapat dalam pidato Presiden Joko Widodo di Sidang Majelis Umum ke-75 PBB. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data berupa tuturan penutur yang diduga mengandung jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi. Pada metode pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik sadap dan teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Lalu, untuk metode analisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik pilah unsur penentu dan teknik hubung banding. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan 9 data berupa jenis ilokusi dan 4 dari 9 data tersebut juga ditemukan fungsi ilokusi. Jenis ilokusi dalam data tersebut terdiri dari 3 ekspresif (berbelasungkawa, menyayangkan, dan berterima kasih), 3 direktif (memohon, memerintah, mengajak), 2 komisif (berjanji), dan 1 asertif (menyatakan). Lalu, fungsi ilokusi yang ditemukan terdiri dari 2 fungsi menyenangkan, 1 fungsi kompetitif, dan 1 fungsi bekerja sama. Selain itu, hasil penelitian tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar teks pidato persuasif K.D. 3.3 yakni mengidentifikasi gagasan, pikiran, pandangan, arahan atau pesan dalam pidato persuasif tentang permasalahan aktual yang didengar dan dibaca.

The research entitled "Illocutionary Speech Actions in President Joko Widodo's Speech at the 75th UN General Assembly and Their Relevance to Persuasive Speech Learning in Class IX" aims to (1)Describe types of illocutionary speech acts, and (2)Describe functions of illocutionary speech acts in the President Joko Widodo’s speech at the 75th UN General Assembly. The form of this research is qualitative descriptive with transcripts of President Jokowi’s speech which contains the types and functions of illocutionary speech acts as a data. On the data collection method, researches used the observation method with tapping technique and proficient free listening technique. Then for data analysis method, researches use equivalent method with the determining element sorting technique and appeal linking technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that 9 data were in the form of illocutionary types and 4 of the 9 data had an illocutionary function. The types of illocution in the data consist of 3 expressives (condolences, regrets, and thanks), 3 directives (begging, ordering, inviting), 2 commissive (promising), and 1 assertive (stating). Then, the illocutionary function found consists of 2 convivial functions, 1 competitive function, and 1 collaborative function. In addition, the results of the research can be used as teaching materials for K.D. 3.3, Identify mind, viewpoint, directions or messages in a persuasive speech about the actual problem that is be heard and read.
