Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Desember 2019 sampai 21 Januari 2020 di Kabupaten Kebumen.   Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menghitung  dan  mengetahui  perbedaan  kinerja produksi dan kinerja ekonomi usaha peternakan ayam broiler menggunakan kandang semi closed  house  satu  lantai  dan  dua  lantai  di  Kabupaten  Kebumen  (  PT.  Cemerlang  Unggas Lestari).  Kinerja  produksi  meliputi  daya hidup,  feed conversion ratio  (FCR), indeks produksi (IP).  Kinerja ekonomi meliputi perhitungan keuntungan, break event point  (BEP) produk dan harga,  R/C  ratio,  dan  payback  period.Penelitian  menggunakan  metode   sensus  untuk pengambilan  sampel.   Analisis  data  dengan  analisis  deskripsi   dan  analisis  statistik menggunakan Uji T Independent. Umur panen rata-rata kandang satu lantai yaitu 33 hari dan kandang dua lantai yaitu 32 hari.  Bobot badan rata-rata kandang satu lantai sebesar 2,12 kg dan  kandang  dua  lantai  sebesar   2,02  kg.  Kandang  satu  lantai  memiliki  rata-rata  indeks produksi yaitu 372, sedangkan kandang dua lantai yaitu 397. Kandang satu lantai memiliki daya hidup sebesar 93,94% dan kandang dua lantai yaitu 96,22%. Feed convertion ratio yang diperoleh memiliki rata-rata 1,60 pada kandang satu lantai dan 1,54 pada kandang dua lantai. Rata-rata  pendapatan  yang  diperoleh  peternak  pada  kandang  satu  lantai  sebesar Rp16.495.580,00  dan  kandang  dua  lantai  Rp23.383.457,00.  Break  event  point  harga  yang diperlukan  untuk  melaksanakan  usaha  yaitu  Rp17.341,00  pada  kandang  satu  lantai  dan Rp16.299,00  untuk  kandang  dua  lantai.  Revenue  Cost  Ratio  menunjukkan  bahwa  kandang semi  closed house  satu lantai menghasilkan nilai 1,03 dan untuk kandang semi  closed house dua lantai yaitu 1,05. Payback period yang diperlukan dapat dilihat pada Tabel 8. Break Event Point, R/C, dan Payback Period untuk mengambalikan modal yang dikeluarkan pada kandang satu lantai yaitu 2,51 tahun dan 2,56 tahun pada kandang dua lantai. Perbedaan nyata antara kandang satu dan dua lantai kandang semi closed house terjadi pada kinerja ekonomi berupa umur  panen,  bobot  badan,  dan  daya  hidup.  Kinerja  ekonomi  dan  produksi  lainnya  tidak berpengaruh nyata.

Production and Economic Analysis of Broiler Farming Business Using One Floor And Two Floor  Semi-Closed House Cages (Case Study at PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari). The research was conducted on December 21, 2019 to January 21, 2020 in Kebumen Regency. This study aims to  calculate  and  determine  the  differences  in  production  performance  and  economic performance of broiler farming using one floor and two floors semi-closed house in Kebumen Regency  (PT.  Cemerlang  Unggas  Lestari).  Production  performance  includes  life  force,  feed conversion ratio (FCR), production index (IP). Economic performance includes calculation of profit, product and price break event point (BEP), R/C ratio, and payback period. This research uses the census method for sampling. Data analysis with descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using Independent T Test. The average harvest age of the one floor cage is 33 days and the two floor cage is 32 days. The average body weight  of a single-story cage is 2.12 kg 
and a two floor cage is 2.02 kg. The one-story cage has an average production index of 372, while the two-story cage is 397. The one-story cage has a viability of 93.94% and the twostory cage is 96.22%. The feed conversion ratio obtained has an average of 1.60 in one-story cages and 1.54 in two-story cages. The average income earned by farmers in a one-story cage is Rp. 16,495.580.00 and a two-story cage is Rp. 23,383,457.00. The price break event point required to carry out the business is Rp. 17,341.00 for a one-story cage and Rp. 16,299.00 for 
a two-story cage. Revenue Cost Ratio shows that the one-story semi-closed house has a value of 1.03 and for a two-story semi-closed house it is 1.05. The required payback period can be seen in Table 8. Break Event Point, R/C, and Payback Period to return the capital spent on a one-story  cage, namely 2.51  years  and  2.56  years  in  a  two-story cage.  The  real  difference between  the  one-story  and  two-story  semi-closed  house  cages  occurred  in  the  economic performance in the form of harvest age, body weight, and vitality. Economic performance and other production have no significant effect.
