Sebagai ibu kota kabupaten Banyumas, Purwokerto menjadi kawasan dengan perkembangan yang paling pesat dengan banyaknya pusat kegiatan. Permasalahan transportasi berupa kepadatan kendaraan tinggi sehingga menurunkan kinerja dari jalan tersebut terjadi pada ruas jalan tersebut. Dibutuhkan manajemen lalu lintas untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut,Salah satu alternatif sebagai pemecahan adalah penerapan Sistem Satu Arah pada ruas jalan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja pada ruas jalan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan sistem satu arah serta mengevaluasi  penerapanya. Penelitian dilakukan degan 2 metode analisis  yaitu PKJI 2014 dan HCM 2010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil ruas jalan sisi timur simpang Alun-Alun dengan metode PKJI 2014 meningkatkan dari tingkat pelayanan jalan C dengan V/C ratio  rata-rata 0.59 menjadi B dengan V/C ratio rerata 0.21 dan dengan metode HCM 2010  meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan jalan dari D dengan ratio ATS/BFFS sebesar 47.5% menjadi B dengan ratio ATS/BFFS sebesar 68.32%. Pada ruas jalan sisi timur simpang Sutasoman  dengan metode PKJI 2014 meningkatkan dari tingkat pelayanan jalan C dengan V/C ratio  rata-rata 0.55 menjadi B dengan V/C ratio rerata 0.26 dan dengan metode HCM 2010  meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan jalan dari D dengan ratio ATS/BFFS sebesar 47.04% menjadi B dengan ratio ATS/BFFS sebesar 68.87%.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan kedua metode dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan SSA pada ruas jalan Jenderal Soedirman mampu mengatasi permasalahan kepadatan kendaraan yang ada dan meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan jalan.

As the capital city of Banyumas district, Purwokerto is the city with the most rapid development with many centers of activity.The transportation problem is high density of vehicle that can reduce the road performance. Traffic management is needed to overcome these problems, one alternative as a solution is the application of a One way system on these roads. The purpose of this study is analyze the performance on roads before and after the application of the one-way system and the effectiveness of its application. In this research we use 2 methods,PKJI 2014 and HCM 2010. Based on the analysis the east side of the Alun-Alun intersection ,the PKJI 2014 increase  the level of road service from C with an average V/C ratio of 0.59 to B with an average V/C ratio of 0.21 and with the HCM 2010 method increasing the level of road service from C with an ATS/BFFS ratio of 54.35% to B with an ATS/ BFFS of 74.02%. On the east side of the Sutasoman intersection, the 2014 PKJI method increased the service level of road C with an average V/C ratio of 0.55 to B with an average V/C ratio of 0.26 and with the 2010 HCM method, increased road services from C to ATS/BFFS ratio is 54.4% B with ATS/BFFS ratio is 74.4%. Based on the results of the analysis with both methods, it can be said that the application of SSA on Sudirman roads is able to overcome the density of existing vehicles and improve road services.
