Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis bokashi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada merah, mengetahui pengaruh dosis hasil fermantasi air cucian beras untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada merah, mengetahui interaksi perlakuan antara dosis bokashi dan air cucian beras untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada merah. Penelitan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juni 2020 sampai 2 Agustus 2020 di screen house desa Karanggintung, Kecamatan Sumbang. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis bokashi, yaitu B0 = 0 ton/Ha setara dengan 0 gram/tanaman, B1 = 10 ton/Ha setara dengan 22,5  gram/tanaman, B2 = 20 ton/Ha setara dengan 45 gram/tanaman, B3 = 30 ton/Ha setara dengan 67,5 gram/tanaman. Faktor kedua adalah dosis hasil fermantasi air cucian beras, yaitu P0 = 0 ml/tanaman, P1 = 200 ml/tanaman, P2 = 400 ml/tanaman, P3 = 600 ml/tanaman,  masing - masing faktor dikombinasikan dan didapatkan 16 kombinasi perlakuan. Perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 48 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm), panjang akar (cm), bobot tanaman segar (g), bobot tajuk segar (g), bobot tajuk kering (g), bobot akar segar (g), bobot akar kering (g). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis varian. Apabila perlakuan berbeda nyata diuji lanjut dengan menggunakan DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan bokashi dengan dosis 20 ton/ha memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah daun dengan nilai tertinggi 9,63 helai. Perlakuan hasil fermentasi air cucian beras dengan dosis 400 ml/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman demgan nilai tertinggi 19,63 cm, bobot tajuk segar dengan nilai tertinggi 30,39 g. Sedangkan perlakuan air cucian beras dengan dosis 200 ml/tanaman memberikan pengaruh pada luas daun dengan nilai tertinggi 119,62 cm². Tidak terdapat interaksi antara komposisi dosis bokashi dan dosis air cucian beras untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada merah.

This study aims to determine the effect of doses bokashi on the growth and result of red lettuce, determine the effect of washing rice water on growth and result of red lettuce. determine the treatment interaction between the dose of bokashi and washing rice water for the growth and result of red lettuce. This research was conducted on 22 June 2020 until 2 August 2020 at the Screen House of Karanggintung Village,  Sumbang District. The experimental design used was a Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with 2 factors. the first factor is dose of bokashi, namely B0 =  0 tons/Ha or equivalent 0 g/plants, B1 = 10 tons/Ha or equivalent 22,5  g/plants, B2 = 20 tons/Ha or equivalent 45 g/plants, B3 = 30 ton/Ha or equivalent  67,5 g/plants. The second factor is dose fermentation of washing rice water, namely P0 = 0 ml/plants, P1 = 200 ml/plants, P2 = 400 ml/plants, P3 = 600 ml/plants, each factor combined and obtained 16 treatment combinations. The treatment was repeated 3 times to get 48 experimental units. The observed variables were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm), root length (cm), fresh plant weight (g), fresh crown weight (g), dry crown weight (g), weight fresh root (g), dry root weight (g). The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance. If the treatment is significantly different, it is further tested using DMRT at the 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of bokashi with the dose 20 tons/ha has the effect to number of leaves with the higest value  9,63 strands. Treatment of washing rice water with a dose of 400 m//plants has an effect on plant height with the higest value of 19,63 cm, fresh crown weight with the higest value of 30,39 g. While the treatment fermentation of washing rice water at a dose of  200 ml/plants had an effect on leaf area with the highest value of 119.62 cm². There was no interaction between the composition of the dose of bokashi and the dose of  washing rice water to increase the growth and result of red lettuce.
