The unit of analysis of the object of this research is the user of the TIX.Id ticket purchase application from internet ticketing. This study aims to analyze the effect of attitudes on the implementation of internet ticket purchase usability using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research method was analyzed using multivariate statistical analysis with non-parametric procedures and assisted by application tools. This study develops four hypotheses, namely the Effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Attitude Toward Usability by H1: Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on attitudes towards usability, The influence of Perceived Usefulness on Attitude Toward Usability by H2: Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitudes towards usability, Trust Effect Customers on Attitudes to Usability by H3: Consumer trust has a positive effect on attitudes towards usability, The influence of Perceived Risk on Attitude Toward Usability by H4: Perceived risk has a positive effect on attitudes towards usability. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user trust have a positive effect on attitudes towards usability among users at TIX.id. Therefore, the three hypotheses which state that they have a positive effect on attitudes towards usability, are accepted, have a significant and positive effect on attitudes towards the usefulness of using internet ticket purchasing applications. Perceived risk does not have a positive effect on attitudes towards usability of users at TIX.id. Therefore, the fourth hypothesis which states that the perception of risk has a positive effect on attitudes towards usefulness, is rejected. Therefore, the final result of this study is that the user's attitude towards usability has a significant and positive relationship with the actual usability of each user who is considered at risk.
