Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan media pembelajaran video conference pada mata kuliah Aplikasi Komputer di FEB Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa S1 yang mengambil mata kuliah Aplikasi Komputer pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 61 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dikarenakan populasi yang berjumlah kurang dari 100. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas konteks (context) dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitas media pembelajaran video conference berada pada kategori baik, (2) Kualitas masukan (input) peserta didik dalam mengakses media pembelajaran video conference berada pada kategori baik, (3) Kualitas proses (process) pembelajaran Aplikasi Komputer dengan menggunakan video conference berada pada kategori baik, (4) Kualitas produk (product) dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari hasil output prestasi belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Aplikasi Komputer berada pada kategori sangat baik.

This research is an evaluation study using the CIPP model which aims to evaluate the use of video conference learning media in the Computer Applications course at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Sudirman University. The population in this study were all undergraduate students who took Computer Application courses in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year as many as 61 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a total sampling technique where the entire population is sampled because the population is less than 100. Based on the results of research and data analysis using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis shows that: (1) the quality of the context in this study is the quality of the video conference learning media is in the good category, (2) the quality of the input of students in accessing the video conference learning media is in the good category, (3) the quality of the computer application learning process using video conferencing is in the good category, (4) the quality of the product (product) in this study seen from the output of student achievement in the Computer Applications course is in the very good category.
