Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Latar belakang: Prestasi belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor motivasi, baik yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa (faktor intrinsik) maupun dari luar diri siswa (faktor ekstrinsik). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi tentang bagaimana motivasi siswa dalam  mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di  SMA Negeri se Kota  Purwokerto.

Metodelogi: Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan anggota tim esktrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Purwokerto. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif.

Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukan sebagai berikut; 1) Motivasi intrinsik yang mempengarui siswa mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se kota Purwokerto adalah aspek psikologi sebesar 17.15%, aspek minat sebesar 18.00%, aspek bakat sebesar 16.29%, aspek keterampilan sebesar 16.08%, aspek fisik sebesar 15.49%, dan aspek kebutuhan sebesar 16.99%.  2) Motivasi ekstrinsik siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se kota Purwokerto adalah aspek lingkungan sebesar 21.89%, aspek keluarga sebesar 18.89%, aspek Sarana Prasarana 21.51%, aspek pelatih sebesar 20.49%, dan aspek  sekolah sebesar 17.23%.

Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan interpretasi data penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Motivasi intrinsik yang mempengaruhi motivasi siswa mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se kota Purwokerto yang paling berperan adalah minat sebesar 18.00%. 2) Motivasi ekstrinsik yang mempengarui motivasi siswa mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se kota Purwokerto yang paling adalah aspek lingkungan sebesar 21.89%.

Background: Learning achievement that can be achieved by students can be relied on by several motivational factors, both from within students (intrinsic factors) and from outside the students (extrinsic factors). The purpose of this study was to find out information about how the students' motivation in participating in futsal extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri Purwokerto.

Methodology: This research method is quantitative quantitative research. The method used is a survey method. The sample in this study used members of the futsal extracurricular team at SMA Negeri Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis.

Research Results: Based on data analysis shows the following; 1) Intrinsic motivation in influencing students' motivation to follow futsal extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri Purwokerto with psychological aspects of 17.15%, aspects of interest by 18.00%, aspects of talents of 16.29%, aspects of skills of 16.08%, aspects of physical at 15.49%, and aspects of the need for 16.99%. 2) Motivation of external students in joining futsal extracurricular activities in public high schools throughout Purwokerto with environmental aspects of 21.89%, family aspects of 18.89%, aspects of infrastructure 21.51%, aspects of coaches of 20.49%, and aspects of schools amounted to 17.23%.

Conclusion: Based on the interpretation of the research data, it can be shown as follows: 1) Intrinsic motivation that affects students' motivation to take futsal extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri Purwokerto with the most important aspects. 2) External motivation that influences the motivation of students to take futsal extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri Purwokerto with the most environmental aspect.
